I was in a panic about getting a second key made after being promised the key from another dealer. After three weeks of getting the run around from the other dealer, the employees at Ciocca solved my problem in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was so courteous and helpful from Ruby, who answered the phone, to the service person who handled the order and also the service people who took care of us the day the key was actually programmed. They took my stressful situation and did everything they could to make it a wonderful experience. I would recommend their service department to anyone! I will definitely check out their cars the next time I am in the market for a vehicle just because of the stupendous customer service!

I have purchased 4 cars from Dell Chevrolet. Great experience each time. I continue to get my cars serviced at Dell Chevrolet. Service department is great. They repair cars right the first time. Unfortunately, I have also had body work done there as well. The car was done when they said it would be. The car was like brand new when I received it back. It's been a few years and no problem with the body work. I have no hesitation in going to Dell for any repair or to purchase a new car.

In 2011 I purchased a 2006 Honda CRV from EAG. The price was right and customer service has been great. On September 19, 2013 I was in an accident with my Honda. I called Joe at EAG and he immediately put me at ease, assuring me that they could do the necessary repair work. He was in contact with the insurance company the next day and also kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. MY REPAIRS WERE DONE IN JUST 12 DAYS!!!! My car looks good as new. I would highly recommend EAG for exemplary sales, service, and repairs, and give them a 10+++ for personal service.
