I went to Bradshaw Acura looking for a midsize suv reasonably priced with the options and accessories that I wanted. Steve Steele showed me the RDX and answered all my questions about it. I set up an appointment about three weeks later for my wife and I with Steve. We came to buy if the price was right and we believe it was a good price. We bought the RDX and paid for it that day. Steve was knowledgeable and nice about the whole process. We will be taking the car there for service. Thanks to Steve.
Amazing experience - VT
I was hesitant to start the new car search and had narrowed down to three different vehicles. Not only was I impressed with the Mazda CX-5 but was even more impressed with the sales experience. My salesman was David Houser who is the absolute best. He made the buying experience so comfortable and so easy that I feel like I made a new friend. Legitimate warranty issues are met with confusion and half-hearted apologies. Service is sub-par for any brand; hard to believe that it is supposed to be a "prestige" brand dealership.
The dealership is of the same low quality as the brand and model in the case of our ownership experience.
