Purchase experience Acura MDX - BHDENSON
My experience at Bradshaw Acura was a unique experience, one which I have not enjoyed over the years having purchased/sold dozens of vehicles. I had not owned an Acura in the past but after visiting friends this summer who have one I decided to visit our local dealership.
I made a brief telephone call to the dealership and spoke with Ken Hucker. I explained what I was interested in and that I likely would be there to see him later in the day. When I arrived at the dealership I then began an experience that I have not enjoyed in the past when visiting car dealers.
Not only did Ken recall our conversation and my name but also he had the exact vehicle I was looking for undercover in their delivery area for me to see and be shown all the various features.
My experience was informative and one without and pressure to buy. In fact, I ended up purchasing a different vehicle that was on display in their showroom.
In the past, when looking for a vehicle to buy I have often returned to the dealership only to find the salesman is no longer there. This is not the case with Bradshaw Acura as most of their staff have been there for 10+ years. If one is looking for an experience to buy/ lease a vehicle that is truly comfortable and without any pressure, then I would certainly recommend this dealership.
And the car I bought, the 2019 Acura MDX.... what a great vehicle to drive and enjoy!

Great easy purchase - wdruce1
My wife and I arranged to look at a 2017 Acadia Denali at McDaniels Acura of Charleston. We had been to another dealer to view a similar vehicle. Our experience at that dealership left us feeling we should keep looking because we had a bad feeling about the dealership. When we arrived at McDaniel we met SJ Duong. He made us feel so comfortable and at ease. The vehicle was in perfect condition making it easy to make the purchase. SJ was with us the whole way and gave us a great deal. I don't think you can go wrong with SJ and McDaniel's. SJ made it easy.

I purchased a vehicle with tar on the vehicle. The salesman told me I could come back for it but they couldn't handle on the day I drove it home. The salesman told me they would drive me to work, let me have a loaner - lots of grand gestures on the day I purchased. Now I'm told by same salesperson that I have to drive back over and wait on the vehicle to be cleaned. And the molding around the driver door is coming off. Find a dealership that offers better service after the fact. This isn't the place. I can't stand a salesman that doesn't honor what he says.

I was hesitant to start the new car search and had narrowed down to three different vehicles. Not only was I impressed with the Mazda CX-5 but was even more impressed with the sales experience. My salesman was David Houser who is the absolute best. He made the buying experience so comfortable and so easy that I feel like I made a new friend. David is the face of the company and they should be beyond proud to have him on their team. If you're looking for a new car be sure to ask for David. You won't be sorry!
