Amending my original bad review. I bought a used Audi from another dealership. Shortly after purchasing, some issues came up. Long story short, after my warranty expired my car experienced a failure that required an expensive fix. This dealership’s management and service department bent over backwards to help get my expired warranty to cover more than half of the expense. The time they took to communicate with me and help me through this frustrating situation was more than helpful. Very thankful to the general manager and my cars service advisor Linda.

Worst experience I have ever had. I couldn't wait to by my Audi. I love my car. I guess I didn't know that the people at the Audi dealership would be such condescending xxxxxxxx. I will gladly drive my middle class as in my luxury vehicle to Hilton Head Audi. They have class.

The dealership is very nice in appearance, and I didn't have service dept interaction. This review is primarily about my sales experience. We drove less than 10 miles which is definitely way too short for such a major purchase. Maybe the salesperson could offer longer drives in the future. The route didn't have any highway segments, but to be fair it was around 5pm. However I was encouraged to have a independent shop inspect the car, at which time I did take it out on the highway. So it's all good :-)
