Wonderful - Lib24
A very pleasant car buying experience. All our questions were answered and there was never any pressure by the salespeople to purchase. My husband and I worked with Peter Haub and Devin Simmons - both were terrific. I would recommend anyone interested in an Audi to talk with the salespeople at Audi Columbia. This is my second Audi from Audi Columbia and both times my car was delivered to my home 2 hours away.
$2200 for them to tell me to junk my 2011 Audi Q5 - VeryUpsetandDisappointed
Charged me $2200 for them to diagnose a problem with my 2011 Audi Q5 that they have serviced since we moved here. I had to tow it to another repair shop for a 2nd opinion before we junk it. They got really greedy when Peacock took over. I have a 2015 Audi Q5 as well -- I will never be going back there!
They don't live up to their promises - craws01
I recently purchased a BMW X5 and was told that there were two keys included with the vehicle. After all the paperwork was completed and I was ready to leave I asked for the second key. I was informed that they couldn't find the second key, but I was assured that they would find it and send it to me. It has been several weeks now and she stopped responding to my inquiries regarding the key. These keys are over $300 and now I will need to purchase one myself.
Terrible service terrible dealership - Mccotterraines
Strongly recommend not buying a car from this dealership. If I could give zero stars I would. They treated my wife like a second class citizen from the day we bought the car. The service center was so bad we got rid of the car and now they wont refund our unused prepaid services. That was not explained during the pressure pitch to buy the prepaid service.
