our 2017 A7 had a check engine light come on during our drive from Ohio. Called dealer Monday and was told to bring it in,and was given a 2018 A6,as a loaner. John ,In service was extremely cordial, and kept us updated during our week in Sea pines as to the needed warranty repairs (new fuel injectors).
Our A7 was ready in a couple of days, and was even washed and detailed when we picked it up. I cannot emphasize how professional and courteous the staff was ,and for someone who was from out of state, with a car not even purchased from their location.
also of note is the new facility, which is amazingly large, bright, and clean. JOHN, our Aussi service advisor ,thank you again and you made of week in sea pines so much more enjoyable.

I recently purchased a BMW X5 and was told that there were two keys included with the vehicle. After all the paperwork was completed and I was ready to leave I asked for the second key. I was informed that they couldn't find the second key, but I was assured that they would find it and send it to me. It has been several weeks now and she stopped responding to my inquiries regarding the key. These keys are over $300 and now I will need to purchase one myself.

I have worked with Chris on two separate purchases of a Q5 and Q7 within the last 3 years and can attest that she is incredibly resourceful, accommodating and thorough. She will go above and beyond to find what you are looking for, or to put you in contact with someone who can support your specific need. In addition, she will always circle back to you and reach out by phone call or text message to stay in constant communication. "Very poor Customer Service" - Mrs. Scott
Service department at Audi dealership McDaniel sucks! Not a trust worthy company, unprofessional staff members. Turnaround time for repair was nearly 10 days for basic work. In which a third party company completed most of the repairs. Jim nor Mccall are trained to interact with customers. Mccall said, he was calling me from his backyard in regards to my concern; however it sound like he was still sleep and didn't care about my concern. My vehicle was involved in an car accident; I was not at fault. Statefarm agreed to pay Audi daeler service the difference via a supplemental check base upon the price difference of the original quote. Proof of payment has been electronically sent to Jim per his request and a check issued 11/22/17 for the difference to Audi dealer service. Jim and Mccall are refusing to release my vehicle until they are able to check their mail for payment. I am concerned as to Why are you penalizing your customer behind a 300.00 difference in which you are overcharging? Stop making excuses and take care of your customer's. If you guys dont get it together your business will continue to decline. I am very disappointed with your staff and their actions. My family and friends will be patronizing other businesses who value their clients.
