My brand new Audi 2020 Q5 I leased for my mother left us stranded with only 2,000 miles and was totaled by Audi because the engine needed to be replaced. It’s been 65+ days with no resolution from Audi of Charleston who keeps making excuses and yet to put her in a loaner which they have control over.
Audi is still charging me lease payments , the dealership never gave us a loaner, and the manager still has not provided an update. I have owned all of the luxury brands and never experienced such poor service from a dealership.
You spend the kind of money you do on luxury cars so you do not have issues and if you do they are resolved quickly.
