We had multiple problems with the climate control on my wife's Jaguar. After one needed repair that failed to correct the whole interconnected system, Jonathan Schaffer took it back, gave us a loaner & worked with the mechanic to diagnose the full system; it was a big job, requiring major disassembly of the interior. The mechanic, Mickey, was thorough and even came out to give me a detailed working description of the system.
When we picked up the car, everything was in better shape than it had been since we bought it. Jonathan streamlined the process & we were pleasantly surprised at the final cost!

I purchased a Land Rover in June 2019. On the 3rd day after I bought it, the low coolant light came on. A few weeks later, I took a road trip. AC quit working, CD player wouldn’t work, CD wouldn’t eject. A different problem almost every day. I called while I was on the road and scheduled a service appointment. I asked that they keep until everything was checked thoroughly. Less than 24 hours later, I got a call that it was ready. Less than a week after picking up, the Bluetooth phone pairing quit working. The only response I get is bring it back. Peacock seems to think this is normal for a $50k+ car.
