A great Porsche experience - budstage3
5 Stars to this dealer, Senior Service Advisor, Scott Feinglass and Master Technician, Neal Williams! I took my new (to me) 911 Porsche Turbo S to this dealer for difficult and detailed repairs to the leather dash and a defective transmission mount, both of which were covered by the factory warranty. The work by Neal was perfect and flawless which was necessary because I plan to enter the car in Porsche coucours competitions and other events. Scott did a wonderful job in making sure that the repairs were covered by Porsche as they should have been. He also did a great service in finding me me a rental car while the work was being completed. In addition to the excellent workmanship, these guys got my auto back at the exact time they promised which is unheard of in this day and time. In addition to the above, Scott and Neal are wonderful guys to work with! Again, 5 Stars Plus.

Thank you Baker Motors - kkwadsten
I recently purchased a Range Rover Sport that I am totally in love with. Far above the vehicle is the entire experience dealing with Ryan DeMars and Baker Motors during the 3 week span of this purchase. We originally were considering another vehicle and he was patient, professional and genuinely cared that I was getting exactly what I wanted. This isn't our first experience with Baker Motors, and it most certainly won't be our last. Keep up the good work. It's obvious that you not only love cars, but you truly care for your customers as a Dealership.

James Bray was very helpful and customer oriented. I would have given five stars but as I was driving home the n"maintenance required" light came on, but it had been serviced prior to me leaving the dealership. I called James and he checked with some one on what to do and told another person would call me back to get it solved. It is the next day and no one has called me.
Drove the car later that night and the windshield fogged up requiring the wipers to be used. I did everything I could think of to defog the windshield, including checking the owner's manual and following the instructions that did not work either. This is a safety issue and must be corrected so I will email and/or call James and let him know. It seem this happens when the ambient temp drops at night and the AC is used.
