We own a RAM 6.7 Cummins Diesel and have had unsatisfactory experiences with service departments at several of the RAM dealers in the Carolinas. We found Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM a few years ago and have had outstanding experiences. Their service department staff embody small town values. They are trustworthy, do quality work, and are extremely fairly priced. Appointments always start on-time and they get us out quickly. They saved us a ton of money on a recent brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing for our dually. We drive an hour to get to Camden/Lugoff, but the drive is worth the time. I don’t trust anyone else to service our truck.

Was not happy that I was given the run around about my jeep being repaired, and nothing was completed after keeping it for over 6 weeks. I called and spoke to the service dept and asked if they could look at an electrical issue. He told me they could but not till the following monday. I dropped my jeep off 2 days early and every time I called, they had their guy on a different vehicle. I asked for a new key to be cut, an estimate on a rear axle seal, and look at my emergency brake....nothing was done in six weeks. I was leaving to move to florida, gave them weeks notice when I needed the jeep back. The day before I needed to pick the jeep up, they decided to take the jeep apart. Service manager asked me to leave it and he would take care of me. I had to drive 12 hour round trip and rent a trailer to come pick my jeep up, paid full price for what they had done and was just told sorry. I will not be back, I do not recommend and they was given the opportunity to make this right. It is now at another shop to get repaired and now I wait again.

Let me tell you, at Myrtle Beach customer loyalty is not just a phrase, it is a reality! I am recently a widow and I had a panic attack when, out of warranty, my Jeep’s radio and information system went out. As a loyal and valued Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep customer, Eric said he would take care of me and he did! Their service department is so good that a few years ago my sister and brother-in-law were in town from Michigan visiting and they had an accident. Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep’s Service and Collision Center took great care of them and got them back on the road within a reasonable period of time. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, or are looking for a reliable dealership to service your vehicle, I can’t think of a reason why you should go anywhere else than Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. They are the best and you won't regret it!

The new GM went above and beyond to fix and ongoing warranty issue I had been working to correct for 2 years. Corporate gave me the run around and lost my information twice. Service could not get anything done for me. I was about to give up but the New GM immediately fixed my issue. This is how a dealer should act when you buy your car there as well as serviced. Trying to get recalls done on my 2021 ram. Every time I call Conway Dodge in Conway south Carolina I get the next week run around. The parts will be here next week .The first time I asked about the recall was 6 June. I have called 3 times since then ,every time it's next week. I will never buy another dodge or anything at Conway Dodge. Crappy service department

This dealer has the absolute worst service department I've ever experienced in any industry. I recently took my truck in to have a water leak fixed. They had my truck for 14 days. During that time, I was promised call-backs at least six times. I left a voice mail for the sales manager. It was never returned. The service tech I was working with flat lied to me multiple times by promising calls and status updates that never came. Several calls rang for about 30 - 40 seconds before going to a message that doesn't let you leave a message, but says something like, "There is no one available to take your call. Thanks for calling. Goodbye," and then disconnects. And this is during their posted business hours. My wife and I have bought five new vehicles over the past nine years or so. I kept going back, thinking that their service department just HAD to have gotten better. I've never been more wrong. And we will never be back. Maybe the Sales folks, or even, say, Management (!!!), could apply some pressure? At this point, that's just not going to happen. This renamed "Legacy" dealership is certainly building one, and it's one I want no part of as a customer. Poor customer service has become a way of doing business. Legacy indeed.

I purchased my Ram at another dealership but due to bad service I started having my service done at Piedmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram about 2 years ago. When I am ready to trade it will be with Piedmont and that is all because of Bryan Ward and the service department. Service is everything to me and Bryan knows me and my preferences. He calls me by name and makes sure that everything that I wanted done is completed right. If I can't trust the dealership to perform service on my vehicle I will not buy from them. I trust Piedmont Chrysler Dodge and recommend them highly.
