I brought my car for repair to Crown Nissan because I know and trust Jeff Cole, who works as a service technician for them. Bringing my car in for repair is an inconvenience, but the people at Crown Nissan made it a pleasant experience and I feel good about bringing my car to them in the future. I would like to also mention Tony Mastrolillo, who was the first person I spoke with when I dropped off my car and who coordinated the process for me. He was professional and courteous and I felt well taken care of. I got his card so I could request him in the future.

I had an appointment to get my tires rotated change the oil and filter and it was advertised for $49.95. But after I went to pay I was charged a total of $148.23...they advertise $49.95. To rip people off especially a 77 year-old woman whowon't argue over it. I got the tires rotated and I got the oil change with an Engine air filter, that was advertised price $49.95. I was charged $100 more than advertised.
I have decided the next time I need a oil change I will take it somewhere else that was the most terrible experience I've ever had getting my Nissan 2013 oil change . So unless you are ready to fight and argue you might have price confirmed beforehand. Ripped off a 77 year old women who won't argue. They ran the special and they know what the advertised price was. They don't need to be charging people who are elderly $148.23 for an advertised special at $49.95. I will take my car elsewhere for an oil change is an oil change at least I can at least have a decent person to deal with. The two women behind the counter ran their mouth the whole hour and a half I was in there. My daughter called up and complained but it did no good. SO before you go be sure and pay upfront because there's no telling what they rip you off with.

I took my 2011 Maxima in on a Wednesday for a leaky radiator, which they replaced. I did not drive the car the next day but drove out of town Friday. During my drive, the A/C quit working. I called the service department who asked me to bring it in Saturday. Following their assessment on Saturday, they determined the condenser needed replacing. I assertively then explicatively explained there was no problem with the a/c prior to the radiator replacement, as they had to remove the a/c system to replace the radiator, and I left the facility upset. I received a call from another service rep shortly after returning home. They apologized for the inconvenience stating they would replace the compressor free of charge in recognition of my 22 years of faithful service, and the Maxima being the 3rd consecutive car purchased from the dealership. They also said the previous service manager should have mentioned the condenser needed replacing.
So, I returned with my car. While replacing the condenser, they said the compressor also needed replacing. REALLY?!?
Three Maximas, 22 years of faithful service, and coincidentally the condenser and compressor need replacing AFTER replacing the radiator. It's been a good car and I feel it's worth it, but I will NEVER GIVE DICK SMITH ANY MORE MONEY! DONE

The service department is not the same. First 2 visits were exceptional but not sure what happened with the last visit. Normally I am notified when service is completed or if any additional services are needed. No one notified me when complete. When I went to just check and see if my car was ready, I was told it needed a drive belt and that the tune up could wait. I "assumed" they were correct. The next day my daughter left for college and the car broke down on her on the interstate! The tune up that was said could wait DIDNT wait!. I wouldve been better off taking my service to a street mechanic. I will not trust my car service to Grainger again!

$300 to supply and replace a $25 part that’s actually a $1.25 electronic component encased in shaped plastic.
Not only that but lied on their vehicle checklist sheet.
My transmission fluid was in dire need of replacement. It’s fresh as evidenced by the pink color and the fact I replaced it under 5,000 miles ago.
My left front tire was down to the bar. I measured 1/4 inch of tread above tge bar.
My right front tire was down to 3/32. I measured 1/4 inch of tread above the bar
My left front wheel bearing was failing... it’s not.
They claimed to have pumped all my tires to 30psi
The back were on 20psi.... I had to pump them up myself. Liars.
I will never visit these scammers again,

Called on Saturday to make a appointment for oil change. Excited that they where open early and on MLK day. So appointment to my knowledge was set monday 730am. Pulled up 720am stood outside the door till they opened. A man asked what was i there for and i told him and he explained that i had to pull my car to the service doors and wait in the line😡 so now i pull up to service doors 2 cars in front of me. 1 on the right n im behind 1. Get in and set up service. Was told should be done by 830 or with i want the wash 930ish. Just aint been wanting to wait so just asked to get it done quick 830 it is. My car been left the bay and over all friendly service but as i sat and waited a little after 8 i see a car that looks like mines lonely in the parking lot. But paid no mind cause ive been here before and im use to the adviser sending you texts bout whats going on.and i didnt get any. So now its 845 same car sitting there i go check it cause i also see people after me getting feed back personally and getting out the door quick. So i checked n it was my car. So with nothing i just figured the adviser was busy and my text was late coming. But hey my car should be ready its pass the time he gave me so let me pay and go home. Been at work since sunday night at 7pm and got of 7am monday. Wait to speak to him and xxxxx wow he is like oh let me check cause im like my car is right there is it ready? Comes back blah blah oh well didnt know but ur car is next there was 4 cars ahead of you👊😤 but ur car is next. Sigh....now its 850 and im still sitting here waiting and im watching cars come out of bay area and go inside.but still no one grabs my car. At 930 i see my car moved and taken. So lets see here been here since 730 and its 945 now and my car was not touched untill. 930. Now with that said i came here to get all my service done by here based on pass experience from Danny who was very knowledgeable and friendly and honest bout what is or what not. To where i felt based on my experience with him it was excellent and on time as well as information was provided threw out my wait. As for today nothing of the sort😢. And oh yeah after i thought my car was ready a text came in at 847 wow. I know next time appointments are not really made. Its a pull up to the door and wait type thing lol and i will next time just stick to who i know i know and thats Danny all day. Even as im still waiting i see him walking round giving feedback. Never seen the one who checked my car in once since i been in waiting area since 730 smh. Wow 930-955 they done.but i want car washed but my car passenger side looks like they speed threw a mud paddle😡730-10 thanks
