Bought my Charger about 3 months ago, scheduled my first service and the night before someone slashed my tire in my apartment parking lot. I was looking at 241.00 three weeks before Christmas!! That’s a lot for a Dad of 4 and 3 granddaughters, but my salesperson Jay Gill got the bill down to 96.00 and made sure I had transportation to run errands while the work was completed. I purchased my Ram at another dealership but due to bad service I started having my service done at Piedmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram about 2 years ago. When I am ready to trade it will be with Piedmont and that is all because of Bryan Ward and the service department. Service is everything to me and Bryan knows me and my preferences. He calls me by name and makes sure that everything that I wanted done is completed right. If I can't trust the dealership to perform service on my vehicle I will not buy from them. I trust Piedmont Chrysler Dodge and recommend them highly.

I needed to get my oil changed and decided to look at some vehicles while I was there. I got the opportunity to work directly with the General Manager Rod Ricciardi who was extremely helpful. He gave me his card and cell and said if I ever wanted to upgrade he would personally help me. I left here feeling very good. Good people on staff there. The Service Department was very prompt with my oil change and even performed a full inspection. I will definately be going here in the future. The management has changed and it seems to be making a huge difference to me. Thank you Hoover Chrysler.

My husband & I have used your Service Department on his Ram pick-up (which he purchased from your dealership) and my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for about 6 years. We have always experienced outstanding customer service at your dealership and, for that reason, we were seriously disappointed with the results of my husband's appointment yesterday. My husband's key fob to his Ram pick-up needs replacing. He called your dealership last week and was told that there was one key fob in stock that could be programmed for his truck. He asked that the key fob be reserved for him and made an appt for Tues., Aug. 11th at 2:30. He was assured that his name would be put on the key fob & it would be held for his appointment. When he arrived August 11th, he was left to wait for about 30 minutes and then told that the key fob had been sold to someone else. We live in Seneca and DRIVE PAST a competing Jeep Dodge dealership to go to McKinney Service Dept. in Easley because we have been so impressed with your service department. I'm not at all sure that we will be doing that in the future after his experience yesterday. He wasted almost 2 hours of his time and STILL does not have his newly programmed key fob. He was assured that they could order a new key fob for him & put his name on it, if he wanted to go ahead and make an appt for the programming. Really?!? That's how he ended up there on Aug. 11th and wasted almost 2 hours of his afternoon. Very disappointing! Currently here, and been here for 5hrs. When I first brought my vehicle in, I informed them of the problem with te doorswitch not working. A little backstory is I bought the vehicle from another dealer and since Hoover was closer to my house I brought it to them because they were closer to my residence. I was informed they had loaners when I made they appt. That was a lie. Back to the story, I had paperwork from the dealer that sold the vehicle to me with the problem and the statements that they would pay for it. Clay, the service advisor, acted like it was not real and stated they would call and run test themselves. He asked if I would stay with the vehicle or like a ride somewhere since it might take all day. I informed him that I would mostly likely need to be gone by 2pm. He goes to his manager and states the situation. His manager stated that it would probably be done by 1-2pm. I state that's a lot better than the all day answer I received. I also ask him if there is a schematic that I can see in reference to possibly a tray for the jack, he tells me the as long as the tire is bolted down that the jack is good to just move around freely in the back. I also inform him that I'm surprised that they dont have a wait line for tickets that need to be expedited and go line for people who leave their vehicle. Which would allow them fo move more efficiently. Clay responds, "we do, it's where people sit down in the lounge." This does not answer my question. Now I get my 4-yr old out the truck and tell him we should be able to get lunch right after and We go and wait in the service area. At 115pm my 4 yr old and I are looking at a poster on the walls and Clay asked me to come to the doorway and informs me they see the problem with the door and there was a slight ticking with the blower motor, since the other dealer is paying to get it fixed we are going to go ahead and fix the door and get you on your way. 2hrs later I go where the service advisors are and wait for someone to help me. Clay's manager, David see me standing there with my child and says nothing, while Clay is playing a game on his cell phone. So finally I go up to Clay and ask him how much longer it's going to be. He states he has to go check with the tech. He comes back but goes straight to David, then comes to me and says they had to go get the part from another certified Jeep dealer. I asked him when he found that out, he smacks his lips in the most arrogant of fashion and says just now from the tech. I then ask him to go get his manager. He replies ok but he going to say the same thing. Side note- if someone tells you to go get your manager, you don't say anything else and you go get your manager. The manager then comes over and wants to argue with the false fact that he told me to leave the vehicle. Never once was that said by David and I informed him that the point was I was never informed after diagnoses that the part was never here. I was informed that I would be on my way shortly, shortly does not mean greater than 2 hrs. I ask him when will the part arrive and he tells me he wont tell me. Just to expect my vehicle done by 6.

I have been buying cars here since 1995 and have had some past problems with them but now I will never return. I went today to get my oil changed under there customer for life program. When I got there I was told today would be my last oil change under the program. They pointed to a paper they had taped on the counter that read as of December 1st they were under new management and would no longer be honoring any customer for life contract the oil changes, batteries for life or engines for life contracts that were drawn up by the old management that was given to make sales. I just figure if they are not going to honor there own contracts then in my option they just can no longer be trusted at all. I will not be going back and I am sure there are going to be 1000s of Sumter residents that will feel the same way when they go in for a service.

Car came with the "sport" pedals not installed (I found them in a box in the trunk) Since I live 45 miles away I asked them to have a dealer nearby me to install the pads (it's tricky) but they refused, told me I have to bring the car to Greenville. It was their error, I should not have to drive 90 miles to have them make it right. Their attitude is "tough luck".
