He listens to you on what you want and he really takes care of his customers Ian is extremely friendly and knows how to entertain his customers. I had a problem with my previous vehicle, so I took it to Wegners to be fixed. After a half hour of trying to figure out what was wrong they came to me and said that it had something to do with my transmission filter. It was going to need to replace that plus a few other parts that was going to cost me a fortune to do! So I talked to the owner and the manager and they were so sympathetic. They said lets get you in a new reliable vehicle! found me my wonderful buick that i have now for less than what i was paying for my five year old jeep! and they even went the extra mile to find me $500 more than quoted on top of my $3000 in rebates! I was impressed with them completely! they worked their butts off to help me!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found a car i was interested in, drove 2 hours to get there to find they had it pulled around to the front and i was test driving it within minutes. I will recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

I had to trade ina vehicle for a new one through haars, and they worked with me wonderfully, until the second trade in. They forgot to take my down payment, costing me to have my bank overdrawn. Then when I gave them my down-payment they told me they would mail me my registration information. I am now driving a car a month over due with registration, although the finance guy wrote down my right address they sent it to an old one, and I had to call, email, and complain multiple times only to be not answered, told I should be grateful for what they are doing and that they would pay 15 dollars for a two week extension on an already late registration, who knows if i'll actually get it. Instead of being decent human beings and a good company and taking care of the registration I BEGGED to be taken care of I am met with harsh and cold responses, and this is only after I left their website multiple emails. The finance guy Chris, never even returned any of my calls or emails, and had the seller, Tommy do it, who had no idea what he was talking about and took about a half a week to even get back to me to tell me this.

They think because they're the only Nissan dealer for miles around that they can treat the customer like crap. We voted with our wallets, and Toyota is probably happy that the Jacobs family doesn't have the Toyota franchise. I know I am!!
