So I had decided I wanted to get a newer work vehicle. I live 2 hours from memphis so I applied online Sinetra and Christy had me approved up to 27k on a new or used vehicle. I sent all the paperwork they needed. Had everything done, I tested drove the vehicle i wanted few hours later I was done headed back home. Rip off service - Unsatisfied
Brought a Mitsubishi in under warranty with air-conditioner not working. Was told there was no issues with the air conditioning system, just low on freeon. They charged $226 to re-charge the system.
Didn't drive the car much over the winter. Next time I drive it in summer needing the air conditioner, less than 5000 miles later, and the air-conditioner was hardly putting out any cool air. I bring the car back in, this time out of warranty, and they say it needs a new compressor because a seal is bad. I told them that was undoubtedly the problem last year when the car had the same problem. They should have diagnosed it correctly and fixed it when the car was under warranty.
They said they had to ask upper management in Mitsubishi if the cost would be covered. After a a week and a half of calling and emailing, the "upper management" said they would cover only half the cost. All told, the car was in the Hallmark Mitsubishi garage for 3.5 weeks and I was charged $810.00 to fix a problem that they mis-diagnosed.

I have never been able to bring my car in for service! Your lucky if anyone even answers the phone! And when they do they are not very friendly.,I'm either told they don't have any appointments or they are not sure if they are taking appointments! I've even left my name and phone number for a call back never got one! So I'm just not happy with the fact that I purchased a Mitsubishi here but yet cannot get it serviced here!!! Wished there was another Mitsubishi dealer nearby!
