Wonderful people to deal with, both Jerhamie and Brad - Relowrie

Wonderful people to deal with, both Jerhamie and Brad were great Was painless and smooth A little gem of a dealership tucked into norther Nashville Much nicer to be there than a huge high pressure operation. I would be happy to deal with them again

The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! - Joy C.

The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! I will be a returning customer and have already given referrals for them to so many people. Stephanie was so good with internet sales and getting me to come in. As soon as we pulled in, we were greeted by Brandy and she stayed right with us throughout the entire experience. Jason and my husband are good ol Lee County VA boys and hit it off and talked up a storm. Jim made the contract process super easy. Travis set up the Nissan app on my phone and showed us everything we needed to know inside the vehicle. Every single person that was there that day came and greeted us, shook our hands and made us feel very valued. So again, hands down, the very best car buying experience my family has EVER had! Thank you to all of you!

Prestin, Tom, and Devin were absolutely amazing. - Heather

Prestin, Tom, and Devin were absolutely amazing. My mom and I went in to get a car, and we both came out with ones that we love. We encountered many issues that we thought would have prevented us from obtaining vehicles, but they did everything they could to get us exactly what we wanted. As a first time buyer, I am very pleased I came here. They made the process run as smoothly as possible and were willing to help us any way they could. I recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you for your kindness and help!

Contacted dealership on July 19 advising that check - E Alicia Jones

Contacted dealership on July 19 advising that check engine and tire pressure light came on my 2020 Mirage G4 so I requested diagnostic. I wanted to get it towed to dealership and was told my road side warranty had expired, so I went thru my insurance company and got it towed July 21. Initially I was contacted by Charles (service advisor) who couldn't service until July 24. I called several times to get updates and told pending. I later was told that Charles no longer work there by Manager Brian on July 29 and that he would look at my car. No one contacted me to follow up on the status of my vehicle. Called warranty department whom verified that I could have used my roadside warranty and we spoke with Manager Brian on 3-way conference and he said he will get to my vehicle. I went to the service department that evening to check on my car and was told that the part was under warranty and it was completed this morning on Aug 1. Again no one called me only an automated call from 373-1095 while I was standing at the service desk. I am very disappointed in the customer service and was without my vehicle 11 days with no one contacting me which was very inconvenient, but I'm thankful that I finally got my vehicle.

John was excellent at communicating throughout the whole - Eliza

John was excellent at communicating throughout the whole process and during drop off he informed me of any potential cost. The diagnosis and fix was done quickly. Very happy with them overall.

I had the most AMAZING car buying experience EVER. - Sj10

I had the most AMAZING car buying experience EVER. Danny Holder and his wife Eva treat you like family! I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go there first! He will find what you want without all the hustle. Wonderful experience!

Customer service - Shackpd1

I have never been able to bring my car in for service! Your lucky if anyone even answers the phone! And when they do they are not very friendly.,I'm either told they don't have any appointments or they are not sure if they are taking appointments! I've even left my name and phone number for a call back never got one! So I'm just not happy with the fact that I purchased a Mitsubishi here but yet cannot get it serviced here!!! Wished there was another Mitsubishi dealer nearby!

Dealership is located in Kingsport Tn. - steven4233002667

Dealership is located in Kingsport Tn. we drove two hours to this location due to a radio advertisement. This location only had eleven vehicles available, all high priced SUV's, no sedans or other Mitsubishi's. A young salesman tried to redirect me to the Nisan dealership that adjoins the property. Seemed like a bait and switch tactic. This dealership is not worth time to visit,
