After having my 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara towed to this... - aube67
After having my 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara towed to this dealership and requesting a diagnostic of the existing problem, I also requested an oil change, and front headlight replacement (I had the part).
After waiting and hour Mr. Bush came to the lobby and informed me that the battery had "two bad cylinders" and that the charges today would be $131.00 plus tax. I agreed to this and he said it would be 30-45 minutes. After another hour, Mr. Bush informed me that my Jeep was ready. When I arrived at the cashiers counter to pay my bill it totaled $223.34. I was charged $41.00 to install a headlamp and $41.00 to put a battery in.
After questionging these charges I was told basically "TOO BAD"!
I also called two other Jeep dealers within 150 mile radius and they BOTH quoted charges for all of this at less than $120.00.
THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY CONTENT WITH A FAST BUCK AND NOT RETENTION OF CUSTOMERS!
