Alex Medina does it right. Initial process to get my Ford F150 repaired was smooth and Alex kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He was professional, courteous, and he has the right demeanor for the job. After picking up my repaired truck I noticed a slight rattle noise whenever the door closed over the next several weeks. It wasn't until approximately 1.5 months later where I was able to give them a call to inquire about my options to have it looked into since it began after the door was replaced. I was told to swing on by whenever I had time so an estimator could take a look.
I showed up and Alex came out to meet me and I asked him to listen to my concerns. He did and 30 minutes later I was out of there with a fixed door. I was extremely pleased with what I initially thought might be a challenge after that much time had passed. It wasn't.
I'll save my opinion for the customer satisfaction 5 star approach and random survey for another day. Just wanted to share my experience with this dealership. Take care of this guy Lute Riley!

Replace rearview mirror - Voltowner
When I requested an estimate they said they would first have to order a part. They did not give me a followup call. However, when I tried again I got good service. They set my expectations appropriately and explained that without replacing the whole door they could not eliminate a slight gap. However, the service was quick and what I paid seemed very reasonable. I don't even notice the wind noise they said I might have.
Amazing Buying Experience - The Coys
We went in with our 8 month old baby and had a great experience. Mark Smith was incredibly accommodating and we can’t recommend him enough. We never felt pressured and he was so kind. The whole process was very stress free and fast. This is by far the best dealership we visited. Brandon in finance was great and really worked with us to make it an enjoyable experience.
Poor workmanship - Toyota owner
I took my 2002 Camry in for minor scratches on the passenger door and fender. When I was called to pick it up and arrived you could see from 20 feet away the poor paint job on the door. I told them this was not acceptable. I was never called regarding imperfections in the door. When I got the car back there were dents in the car that were not there before, which they denied with a heated argument. They told me basically don't come back and did not charge me and did not warranty the work. They told me to take it to the dealer to fix the door. This could have been avoided if I was called regarding the imperfections in the door with a new quote for repairs instead of painting over the imperfections. I would not recommend Service King for any repairs or painting.

My wife went there to look at a 65 Ford Falcon.Test drove it.Went back in the office they were told these things need to be fixed and we will buy it .we agreed next Friday to pick up.We showed up car was still dirty inside and out,they couldn't even clean up the trash inside.barely fixed any problems.Test drove the car ,brakes were tight thought maybe they fixed the brakes liked they said they would.NOPE just added brake fluid and lied about their mechanic checked the brakes they were good.Should have thought about the fluid puddle by the tire,brake fluid.How did I know they did nothing about the brakes,driving home I came up on two red lights ina row,NO BRAKES peddle to the floor,missed by a 18 wheeler at on light two cars at second.Had to use parking brake to stop .Barely made it home alive,had to use parking brake again in driveway.Called it in,very rude(Paul)of course the passive aggressive personality comes out,tries to bully the wife with words.No offers to make it right,we'll tear up the paperwork and pick up the car,very rudely.As my wife told him We gave them our word that we were going to buy the car so we are going to buy it.Was looking at two other cars there,forget ting about those cars from there.Worst dealing I have ever had,WORST.Run away don't walk run away from this place.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - MB nightmare
I went to this location based on the recommendation of MB North dealership. I was told since they were "convertible specialist" my car would wind up there regardless of where the body was done. My car had been vandalized and I thought it sounded reasonable to not have to go all over town.
After waiting 3 months, due to parts not ordered correctly, etc. I went to pick it up. Bob brings it around and I can tell immediately the top isn't right. His comment was it needed to stretch for a week. I've owned convertibles for 30 yrs, and while not a specialist, I know crappy work. Since the week was going to be the line drawn, I took it home. Thats where I found all the body work issues, glue, boot marks, rear window hanging out, top material tucked into grooves with a finger so it popped out if the top moved. ON the BBB site I finally found the GM's name Bill Sloan. I wrote him and was told it would be taken care of, they dropped the ball, etc. etc. The second pickup the top was repaired finally at a different shop, but the body work was still a mess. I have texted him about meeting tomorrow and have had no follow up. I am preparing letters to go to Autonation, MB North, and the TX AG since this is a nightmare. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
Worst customer service - golucki
Avoid Momentum Collision Center. They were supposed to deliver my car on Nov 23rd, then they moved the dates to 26th, then to Dec 6th and Kept moving the dates. They kept going back to Insurance for more money. Worse customer service from Joe Sonnier. Very rude. you will not get any updates. When we called to check the status, we got the answer as 'We will call you when the car is ready'. Look at their reviews at Yelp. I wished i had read them earlier. I had trusted Audi dealership but its the worst experience. Take the car somewhere else. They take months instead of weeks. Ours was not that much of a damage to take that long.
