These folks were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I bought a used vehicle from them that lost it's transmission very quickly. Not their fault. Repairs were covered by their in-house warranty with zero problems. These folks and John in service dept kept me informed and did everything they could to treat me like family. I highly recommend Tipton Ford. It's hard to.explain how accommodating they are.

We purchased a Lincoln Navigator from Car Max, after my wife was in a collision that totaled our Lincoln Aviator. Being elderly, we did not know what the sound of the engine. Our son told us to call Car Max as we live 205 miles from the dealership and see if could be repaired at our Lincoln dealer. They replied yes. Coy Terrill told us it was the CAM PHASERS. Coy Terrill was always in contact with the selling dealer. He even got a rental car for us. The car was finished on a Monday, and was paid the same day!

I have had several disappointing experiences with the service department at this dealership. Appointments often result in long wait times, and there’s a recurring issue with parts not being available, even after prior scheduling. Pricing is another concern both parts and labor are consistently overpriced compared to market standards, and the quality of the work rarely justifies the cost. Repairs often feel rushed or incomplete, and I have even seen recent replacements being flagged again unnecessarily on follow-up visits. Customer service also leaves much to be desired. Interactions with staff are frequently frustrating rather than feeling heard or supported, I have encountered dismissive attitudes. One representative, Eliseo, has come across as condescending and sarcastic, which adds to the overall poor service experience. The only mildly redeeming aspect is the availability of Uber rides, which is a helpful courtesy though unfortunately not enough to outweigh the systemic issues within the department. Rosemary is also bad fruit. You need to get rid of her ASAP. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and begins prioritizing both professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Do not have your vehicle serviced here. I bought a new truck and had power boards, bed cover and leveling kit installed. Was told a day that turned into 5 days with no updates unless I called about them. Talked to service manager Patrick and he said he would get to the bottom of it . After 30 minutes call my salesman that was off and home with sick kid and he got me information. Called Patrick back up and he hadn't even looked into it. Now truck is back in for a windshield replacement dropped off Thursday and said it would be ready by Saturday. Was called in Friday everything on track and good to go. Now Saturday before 9:00 am I get a phone call from Patrick that it will be Monday or Tuesday before it is ready. I am not sure what to think about the service department there and afraid what is going to happen if I have to e to take the truck in for any repairs or anything since the maintenance plan was bought through them. Stay far far away unless you want continuous issues and lies

Brought in my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus for a battery draining while the vehicle is not running. The problem has been identified by Ford/Lincoln with details of what needs to be done. The initial time they did not even run diagnostics and just replaced the battery - 4 weeks later it was dead again. Ran diagnostics this time and found nothing and they replaced the battery once again. Ford/Lincoln sent out an advisory telling what software update needed to be done and we do not actually know if they did the update or not. We are going to pick-up the vehicle and hopefully it is fixed this time around. I would not recommended utilizing this service department at all if you have any other other options available. If it is not fixed we will take the vehicle to the the Fort Worth dealership to have it reoaired.

Bought 3 new cars from this dealership in Victoria Texas. This is one of 2 we purchased brand new in 2022. A month or so ago the cruise control went out. Made an appointment to get it repaired, because it was still under warranty. They had trouble taking the steering column apart, saying the air bag might not work. They claimed someone took the steering column apart and tampered with it. Now they are telling us they repaired the cruise control switch, but they found other issues (metal filings in the steering column? Paint marks on the steering column?) and that they will not warranty it because of suspected tampering. When we asked multiple times if it was safe to drive, they would not say it was. Now they are telling us we have to come and pick up the unsafe car and sign a paper stating they are not responsible for anything that happens going forward. When we asked if they were accusing us of tampering with it, the manager said no. We are the only owners. Welcome to Mac Haik customer service. (reviews are abysmal and they tend to not honor warranties regularly) They still have our car.

BEWARE of Up Sales I wrote a review about their up sales that they obviously did not' like, it was removed. My 2022 F350 was towed in when it would not start. I know vehicles and they said it was a service they do for those customer that don't have the knowledge I have. I asked they show me in the Ford manual where it says the vehicle needed a list of items checked like A/C service, throttle body cleaning, wiper blades, two batteries, etc. The blades are good and about a year old. Those unsuspecting will pay for unneeded work and parts. Their rely made my point for me hers a copy copy of the dealer reply "Thank you for your honest feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. Dealership tried to sell me on unneeded maintenance at 30k miles. They wanted to flush coolant and brake fluid without an inspection of their condition. Per Fords service manual these aren't due for quite some time. This service center is just trying to pad their numbers. Avoid them.

All Star Ford has the WORST Service department! They NEVER keep you updated on your automobile. I would call them several times for updates. The Service department stated they would call me back with an update!?! They would NEVER call me back. They have had the car for 5 weeks to fix the transmission. I have spoke with the Service Manger and he passes the buck the General Manger and he never returns a call. PLEASE save yourself time and MONEY and DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! They are HORRIBLE! and I STILL DON'T HAVE THE CAR!

Such crap service. I bought a brand new car that just shuts off in the middle of the road and I've waited all day to get a rental car or to hear something about my cat, and have yet to hear anything. Saying they are can't tell me anything. Awful. Awful I wouldn't recommend this place at all... to anyone!!!!

My first visit to this dealership. I needed service for the Ford airbag recall on my 2010 Ranger. I spoke with Bill Cass who ordered the correct part for my truck; and called the next day to set my appointment. He did explain it could take up to 2 hours so I could make plans. I met with Luis in the service department. Luis asked if they could take me somewhere for the duration which I appreciated. I spent time there looking at the new vehicles and chatting with other personnel. Everyone was very friendly. I wasn't there to buy anything and still was treated as a valued customer.
