I was on my way from Arizona, back to Michigan when I noticed that the 36" toyhauler battery was not being charged by my 2013 F-250 Super Duty. I had just passed Amarillo by 30 miles, and pulled over to call some dealerships. I called Tri-State Ford in Amarillo, explained my problem, and even though they said they were swamped with work, told me to bring it in. I turned around and headed back west to the dealership, where they got one the friendliest diesel mechanics I could have gotten, and he trouble shot everything he could think of. He ended up finding 2 blow fuses, and bad connector on the rear bumper. This guy was pleasant, efficient, and bound determined to find my problem, and he did. I am a Ford Retiree and so thankful to both Tri-State Ford, and the mechanic that took care of me. I hope not to have any further problems like this again on my journeys from Michigan to Arizona or the other way around, BUT if I should , and it is anywhere near Amarillo, you can bet I will be calling Tri-State Ford again!!!

Thomas Rancich sold me my 2018 Edge SEL back in March. He’s been in contact throughout the year but this time, I contact him to see who I should call or what I needed to do to set up an appointment for a oil change. He asked me what day and time I thought I wanted to bring it in and I told him. He texted me a few minutes later and confirmed I had an appointment set for the time I wanted. They got me in and out with a balance and rotation quickly. Great service after the purchase of the sale months and months after the sale. I’ve sent him my cousin and he took great care of him and sold him a new Escape. I can’t wait to send more of my friends and family to Thomas Rancich @ Joe Myers Ford Lincoln!
