Ford recall - jroberts
My wife received a recall notice for her F150, I called and Mason took great care of us. I dropped off my truck the day before and told them I needed it back early due to that day being my anniversary and I didn't want to hang around long. They not only got the truck back early but everyone was wishing me a happy anniversary. This is the second truck I have purchased from Ryan, I love the dealership even if it is a drive from Katy. I could get my truck taken care of in Hobbs, NM or Kermit, TX. They are both closer to me. But I drive a longer way to Odessa, to Sewell because of their service. They are friendly, accommodating, they are efficient and quick. Their waiting area is very nice. They have a gift shop, a cafe, and clean restrooms. They have computers for you to use. If you don’t use them, you are missing out.

We were on our way to Lubbock from Dallas and noticed the low tire pressure indicator light on. After stopping and spotting a nail in the right passenger tire, we saw Stanley Ford down the road.
We were very impressed with Troy Schroedter, our service advisor. He had our tire repaired quickly, and we were back on the road in no time. I was so thankful for Troy and Stanley Ford being there for us at just the right time.

While driving, my wedding ring slipped off my finger. I saw it fall toward the floor. I drove straight home in order to get my ring. I looked everywhere and could not find it. I was certain it was under the seat. I pushed the seat back and forth to no avail. I called Town East Ford Service, and fortunately, Alicia Hughes answered the phone. She told me to bring my car in and they would take another look.
I went directly to the service department. Alicia and others brought out cellphones and used the light to search again. No ring!! By then, I was a nervous wreck! I was told they could take the car back and remove the door seal, take out the seat, and look under the carpet!! The car was taken to the shop and the experts worked their magic!
They found my ring under the carpet!!! I was absolutely thrilled! Thank you to this incredible team!!! I am a Completely Satisfied Customer!!! This team is absolutely THE BEST!!! Thank you so much for your care, concern, and determination!!! You will always be my dealership!!!

Went with my wife to buy mats for her car and just happened to see a like new 2011 Honda Pilot that I just had to have. In the past I've always put car dealerships in the same boat with shyster lawyers. Eddie Laguana and Bubba Smith were both helpful, courteous and professional. If all the Five Stars sales force reflects their example then Five Star is the premier dealership in Texas. Being 78 yrs old I don't know if I will be buying any more cars but if I do Five Star, Eddie and Bubba will be my first choice !!!

I was immediately greeted and attended to by counter personnel. When they said the wait time would be 1.5 to 2 hrs, they offered to take me home and pick me up again when my vehicle was ready. The shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous. My whole experience was great.

Took our 2017 focus in for second time(1st time 7 months prior), George Barclay in the service took care of us. Never in our history of dealing with service dept. of dealerships have we experienced such outstanding treatment. George was attentive, explained everything that would be done, how, why, when it would new ready, etc, etc. He made our stay(wait) very pleasant. When we returned to pick up our vehicle a couple days later, George explained everything that was done, and any other questions we had.
We would like to say to Mike brown Ford that mr. Barclay is an asset to the company, great people skills, knowledgeable in his field.; knows how to treat customers, not like just a number. He is what quality service treatment is, thank you for having this gentleman in your employment.

I’m very grateful for the service department at Whiteface Ford Hereford. I always feel confident in the work they do on my pick up. If I have a concern about something with my pickup they make sure they are clear on what I’m experiencing and they are quick to fix the problem. Even if it’s just an oil change they inspect things to make sure I’m safe on the road. For me, feeling safe on the road is major. Jason is my guy. He takes care of all my service needs on my Expedition and my Edge. I know it would cost a little less at other shops but Jason's level of service and the fact I am getting top notch work with Genuine Ford Parts is why I keep going to Jason at Mac Haik. Second defective driver side seat cover replacement - Bob F
Warranty work was done satisfactory on second seat cover in 1st year of 2017 F-150; however, no answer on whether problem has been addressed by Ford or do I need an after-market "seat cover" cover. If I do not get an answer to my question, I will assume these reviews are just fodder for their Blue Oval certification. My rating for Ford Service Center at Gulf Coast Ford will drop to one star if I don't receive an answer by end of Aug'18.

Easy drop off and "Pete", the gentlemen that provided a ride this morning, was extremely friendly. Whether it is a recall or some other service, the work is always done promptly, cheerfully, and efficiently. It is an added feature of excellence to offer customers a ride home while work is performed in the shop, and pickup at home to return to the dealership to get the car when service is completed.

I was at McCombs Ford West to get my 2013 Focus serviced. Philip Marlowe came over to the service center and started talking to me about the possibility of buying a new car. I had planned to buy a new car but later in the year. Philip spent the rest of that morning showing me cars that matched the criteria I wanted in my next car. He was very patient and answered all my questions and offered sound advise about why I should consider staying with Ford rather than the other options I was considering. Next thing I know I'm test driving a Ford Eco Sport and finding it has all the specific features I want, except being the wrong color. In no time at all, Philip went to another dealer and found the exact car I requested. After that he just closed the deal. I emptied out my Focus and left the lot in a new car. Since then, Philip has continued to help me to understand the many new features my new car has. He is committed to making sure I'm a happy McCombs West customer.
