Rich is always very helpful, very professional and gets me in and out. rich thought it would be done around 12:30 for me. This time for some reason service did take a lot longer to work on my car. I had it there at 8:30 in the morning and at 3:30 they text me saying it would be another couple hours so I was not able to pick it up until the following morning.

After 70k mile service discovered crank case oil was... - CG

After 70k mile service discovered crank case oil was overfilled and interior headliner and windshield post fabric was smudged with dirty oil hand prints. This model is not equipped with a dip stick for some reason. Makes me question if they used the correct oil. This dealer does not reflect the quality reputation of the Audi name. Would not recommend this service department.
