Cannot say enough about the excellent service...these folks came to our rescue after we were stranded on the interstate due to contaminated diesel...first they towed our RV pull trailer and pickup within an hour of them receiving the request via AAA (thank you Corey) and then our service person, Tyler went above and beyond by getting our truck serviced and back on the road within 24 hours. We also want to thank an anonymous young man that towed us off the interstate and into the Flying J until Corey arrived. We were passing through from Washington to Texas and again, cannot say enough about all the angels in this area that helped us. Thank you. Connie and Mario

Do not buy their service package! I’ve bought many and had no problem until I reached out to let them know my vehicle was stolen and never found. They do not refund! They won’t even transfer if you buy a new vehicle from them! I am choosing wisdom to not work with this dealership again. As well as letting my friends and family know. We experienced engine trouble while traveling out of state at Christmas time. Having no experience with any repair shop in the area, Crump Reese was the nearest location according to Google and we gave them a call. Layne gave his best estimated guess as to the problem based on our description and told us that he could get us in right away.
Expecting a $500+ bill and a possible delay due to parts, we were overjoyed when within 45 minutes we were handed the keys and on our way down the road again for under $30! The staff couldn't have been any nicer, knowledgable and helpful. My next GMC truck will be purchased from Crump.

I went in to take my car in for an oil change with a coupon I had recieved for a $19.99 oil change from one of their employees and found out they are the best oil change deal in Utah County. The service staff was friendly and while I was waiting on my car Darren showed me a couple of Buick cars I was looking at .I iced that they were not pushy but very friendly and helpful. The service department had me in and out very quickly and it was a great experience. If you need an oil change I recommend for the price and service going there.

Harmon’s auto center is a great place to go for your automobile needs. Everyone who works at the dealership is very helpful and always doing what they can to best fit your needs and get you the best experience possible while buying a car or servicing your vehicle. The service department has always done a great job taking care of me and are very polite and professional. They listen to me and always make sure they understand what needs to be done on my car before servicing it. I have never had any problems with my car after being serviced. I definitely recommend going here.

I have been to this dealer many times for service. I never had a reason to complain. Now, I will never return for neither service nor a purchase. First my daughter took her car in for “The Works” service. But instead of changing the oil, they added new oil, never draining the old. They didn’t top off the vehicle’s fluids. She ended up with several hundred dollars of repairs as a result. The customer “care” she got after being transferred from on “manager” to another was a free oil change offer. Obviously that was never used.
Then I had my son drop off my car for “The Works” with a coupon. When he came home and handed me the receipt, they not only didn’t honor the coupon, they also charged me for the individual services the were to be included in the “The Works.” I was treated like I was a liar, even after showing the receipt. Grudgingly, they gave me credit for my next service. Obviously, that credit remains unused.
The final straw that broke the camels back was taking a new to us car in for “The Works” again. This time all seemed well, until I was riding home with my son in the car. I asked him to turn the AC on to cool us down. “It already is on,” he told me. The next day we took it back in and asked about this. If I thought I was poorly treated for a simple overcharge, this took customer mistreatment to new levels. Finally, with no resolution or even an attempt to find an equitable solution, I left. Another mechanic found the problem, one of the AC hoses had been cut partway through in two places with a sharp instrument. No road hazard could make such clean cuts.
I will never use their shop again. I will never buy a vehicle from them. I will never recommend them again; in fact I will recommend against them when asked. I’m not sure what happened up there. I have been a long time customer, but unfortunately my last experiences with them indicates that they have lost their focus on the customer and are seeking some other goal.
