Jennifer Schreiver was the sales person who sold us our jeep. first a huge shout out to her. She was very prompt to answer all our questions and concerns. Jennifer mad buying the jeep eas and i felt no stress during the purchase, after the purchase she texted to make sure all was well. I did have some concerns and she was on top of things to get it taken care off, even after it was supposedly fixed she reached our again to make sure i was happy. I told her it was still not fixed and she took care of it again. thank you Jennifer for all your hard worl. i can honestly say when i recommend someone to buy a car i will send the to upper valley Honda and have them speak to Jennifer.... great job

This is the 3rd bad experience I've had at automaster. The car I just bought has been having troubles with the battery dying so I went to another retailer to replace it. When I pulled the battery I noticed that it said it had a warranty so I decided to call automaster and see if they would replace it. I explained to the person who picked up the phone that I bought the car 3 weeks ago from another dealership 3 hours away as they had what I wanted in stock and that the battery had a date sticker from 8/19, so well within the warranty range. I asked if I could bring the car in and have them test the battery and replace if necessary and she said yes and knew I was about 20 minutes out. Once I got there the rep inside told me that it would not be covered under warranty as I was not the original owner of the car. Already annoyed I asked if it could be tested like the girl said and they informed me that actually nobody could look at it, so I basically took a 40 minute round trip for nothing. They then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to buy a battery from them....do yourself a favor, travel to another dealership if you want a Honda. These guys treat you like a number...
