I came to the dealership not even in the market for a car. Our car was in for service and we had a rental for a week, which I naturally fell in love with. I decided I loved it so much that I"d check out some of the other models and when I did so, Colin Unterkofler introduced me to the car I ended up buying. I not only love my new car, but I ad such an amazing experience working with Colin while purchasing it - he's friendly, down to earth, easy to chat with, and really cares about what your concerns and needs are when it comes to your vehicle so that you are sure to walk away with what you need. I never felt pressured into choosing a vehicle, and felt comfortable that I had seen all my options before making my decision. I walked away thrilled with my choice in both my vehicle and my salesman! I couldn't recommend either any more.

Was not able to get my local Land Rover dealer to secure the Range Rover we were looking for. Opened up Autotrader and was able to locate the Rover we wanted. I sent a request to the dealership via Autotrader and quickly got a response from KZ who took over from there to get the Rover purchased and shipped from Virginia to Michigan in just a few days!! The Rover arrived via covered trailer and was exactly as described and transported with great care. Thanks KZ!!

Bought a used car here...was ok experience. BUT they are currently under state investigation for failing parts on state inspection that were absolutely within standards. They attempted to shake me down for $2300 for new brakes (front/rear pads/rotors) when they were well within standards. David Word passed the car and another mechanic said passing as well. Those honest shops recommended I contact the state and I did. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE OR INSPECTION
Update: Denise at Browns now claims it was a clerical mistake which caused her to TWICE tell me to pay her $2300 or get rejected (I chose fraudulent reject sticker instead). JUST MORE DISHONESTY

This was the worst Jaguar experience every, shopping for my third Jaguar. The two sales persons were great to work with. The sales manager (Sonia Older) had no concern for the customer experience; shopping at a jaguar dealership use to stand for professionalism and integrity, she had neither. I provided all the information, the VIN# and over 15 pictures of the vehicle I was interested in trading the day prior to the 412 mile trip; on Sonia's instruction, I drove the vehicle there, just to have her say that they do not take in trades of that year regardless of the condition; that they could only take it to the auction. She could have told me that up front and I would not have driven it, adding more unnecessary miles to a vehicle I'm trying to sale. But no problem, I decided to proceed with the purchase. After being approved by Jaguar, Sonia Older, was $995 away from the final figure I had in mind. She informed me that the price was the price, they didn't negotiate; and the fact that the vehicle was certified cost over $2500 alone. This is where her lack of business tact and lack of professionalism was really displayed. Her logic was making no sense, it was as if she was caught off guard and didn’t know what to say; offering one bad excuse after another to justify the price. Finally as we got ready to leave, she then said that she would drop the price by $995 but remove the certification. Either the vehicle was certified or it wasn't; and how did she go from a $2500 evaluation for the certification to only $995 value! Needless to say, I felt that if she loved her used vehicles that much she could keep it on the lot. She had no negotiation skills at all; no smart business manager would let an approved customer leave over $995 and not even offer to split the difference.
