I own two vehicles, Lexus IS250c and ES350. Since Priority took over the dealership, the service department has not been as efficient as before. Took the IS250 in for work on the trunk supports. I was handed a sheet of paper with close to $3000 worth of additional "things" that the car needed.
I had to pre-pay for parts and that took close to a month to arrive. When I finally got the trunk repaired, they charged a surcharge on the use of a credit card to pay for the repairs.
Just think... If you had $2,000 of repairs, you would be charged an extra $20 to use a credit card to pay for the repairs.
As a result, I will no longer use Priority Lexus in Newport News as my service provider and will not look at them for purchasing a new vehicle.
