I take my truck to Steve at Country Chevrolet to have my truck serviced. I always go to Steve Chipman because he has been the man when I need service. He is a person that will answer your questions and give you excellent advice when asked. He answered a question concerning warranties and I took his advice. When I had a problem with my A/C on my truck and because he explained why extended warranties were a safety blanket, the A/C was covered because of what he advised me to do. I will not go to any of the other service agents. The others are good but my preference is Steve Chipman.

I called Hall Acura and spoke with Mr. Fleming asking about Hall Acura maintenance personnel servicing a Honda. He assured me that the maintenance team was experienced in servicing not only Acura engines, but Honda engines as well. I brought my car to Hall Acura to be looked at. Mr. Fleming was professional and knowledgeable on the phone as well as courteous in person. He inspires trust. As a woman, I never felt that I was being patronized. She even helped watch my dog so I could discuss the issues with the manager without distraction. The manager worked with my schedule and helped me to find a time for service that met my personal needs while checking all the warranty information to make sure any repairs that qualified would be honored. Drive axle was broken, warranty thank goodness, parts were order the following Monday. When part got to them, my vehicle was fix and I was on my way. Paul and everyone I spoke with were great. I've owned VWs, Audis, and Volvos. You'd expect the experience at the Audi and Volvo dealerships to be "better" than at VW but you haven't been to Checkered Flag. Krystl Stern and the other service writers are absolutely the best in the Hampton Roads area. I love the fact that they verify that you know the cost before they start the repairs. I'm always treated with respect and have never felt like I'm being taken advantage of. Highly recommend Checkered Flag VW.
