Great Sales and Service - Another Happy Customer
David Ajibade sold me a TL in 2015, and I came back to him last month to buy a MDX because of the positive experience I had. Again, the experience was positive including the service I received on the MDX as part of the sale. David even gave me rubber floor mats, door ring guard protective film, new bumper skin, and full vehicle detail, at no additional charge. Very happy with the way I was treated.
Bad experience in the service department - Dtk
I went there multiple times to get my car service there and I had experienced the worst and bad customer service ever in my life. I purchased a brand new Mdx 2016 from them and spent almost $70,000 for the piece of trash car. I had driven the car for almost a year with 10000 miles on my car and the car broke down and stop in the middle of the road. When I called Acura of Seattle for service guy told me to bring the car back to them, they had checked my car and said that they need to update software for my car. I picked up my car and a week later when I was driving my car on the freeway the car engine shut down and I was pregnant and with my little baby girl in the car. It was very dangerous for us and luckily we are save so I called the same service guy named Brent and he said bring the car back to them. They kept my car for almost 2 weeks to replace a brand new transmission on my car. I went and picked up my car after the job is done. A month later the car is acting up again, a bunch of engine lights, transmission is too hot, all of the electrical lights you can name it all pop up and the car stop won’t work anymore. I contacted Brent again and he told bring the car back again they checked and keep my car for 17 days still couldn’t figure out what is wrong with my car and told me to take my car back. I went and picked up my car a month later it acting up again and I have to bring the back the 4th times they keep my car for more than a week and he still tell me that they couldn’t figure out what is wrong with my car. They told me that the car was functioning fine and I am so tire of the answer that they had given to me. Every time I dropped my car at the shop with a full tank of gas and they returned the car almost empty. I requested for car wash and vacuum and they didn’t even get it done for me either. Everything I told Brent or requested him to check on my car and the job was never be done. I am not happy with the service that I was received. They seem careless about my request, the car was manufactured defective and they couldn’t do anything for me. Now, I am stuck with the most expensive luxury car that I am paying for almost $70000 that are not drive safely on the road. I am so scare to drive my car anywhere far which is ridiculous. I don’t even now when my car is stopping and it’s very dangerous for me and my family. Acura of Seattle service department couldn’t fix the car and they are not taking good care of their customer like what they had told me when I purchased this vehicle. Bad and worst customer services that I had ever received in my life and I will never and ever purchased any car or get my car service from Acura of Seattle anymore.

Not the friendliest or most knowlegable - car2018
We have been shopping for a new car for my growing family for several months. On 3 different occasions, we liked a car Acura of Lynnwood had so we went in to take a look at it. The sales guys are terrible. Not friendly, not knowledgeable and if you negotiate- they will not even try to work with you. We expected the experience to be a lot smoother with a give and take scenario but that's not the case. We have finally decided, even if they have the most perfect car we will be giving our business somewhere else. Go to Acura of Bellevue or Seattle where they actually care about their customers satisfaction.
Unprofessional and rude service manager - Feliks
The service manager did not listen, kept interrupting and talking over me. I had to ask him to lower his voice and not use body language.
