We've been loyal customers at Hinshaw's for 7 years now.... - louiskei
We've been loyal customers at Hinshaw's for 7 years now. we have bought all our cars from them since. I cannot speak enough about the great customer service experience. David Ajibade who is our trusted dealer is truly exceptional in that regard. He always makes the process very simple and fast. He finds solutions where there are none. we are happy with our purchase and will continue to buy from Hinshaw's. I highly recommend them.

Buying a car can be stressful; researching, finding the best price, finding the deals and promotions, and dealing with sales person who wants to maximize their profit with all the numbers thrown at you.
I can't say that for the salesperson, Radar Seahawks, I had pleasure working with at Carter Acura in Lynnwood. Of course, I have done the research, communicated prior to stopping by the do test drive and do the paper work, which made process bit faster.
We arrived to the dealership around 5 PM, which was about an hour before closure. We view the inventory and, test drive the car then got into numbers and paperwork.
There are definitely vultures and pirates out there who just want to sell, sell, sell instead making the personal connection.
Working with Radar felt more like working with a friend or person you knew who will try their best to work with you rather than just sell you a product and get you out the door with the invoice.
I am grateful to had a Radar as my salesperson and not other sales person.
So, if you in the market for new car in puget sound area and you are thinking Acura, please do a bit of research and contact Radar at Carter Acura of Lynnwood.
P.S He speaks Cambodian as well.

I bought a used 2006 Toyota Matrix for my daughter's first car and was assured by the salesman the car was in top condition. They even claimed they completed a multi-point inspection and found everything in top shape. We purchased the car and after a little more than 1000 miles driven, the transmission is bad and will cost $4100 to fix. We paid $6100 for the car.
Talking with Acura service manager Jerry, He indicated they will not stand behind the car sold. He then said "your daughter is young, inexperienced and probably broke it'. He's never met, my daughter.

I reached out to the website Acura of Bellevue and immediately got connected with a chat sales person by the name of Jessica who was extremely rude, without cause she decided to make a comment “ As the old blessing goes...make your choices and be content. =)”
I inquired to see if the dealership was in a position to buy back a car purchased thru a different site, I had just purchased after having buyers remorse from driving an SUV and getting into a car. This was her statement to me which is absolutely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. bellevue of Acura needs to hire classy customer service.
They only give best pricing to buyers who come in. (Trap?) - churtz2
Don't waste your time inquiring for pricing. They price their new cars over MSRP. They ask you to come in to get pricing, then force you to buy. I've been around the block, I knew that car sales tactic. Tip for future car buyers. If they cannot give you a straight price thru text, email, find another dealer, They're not worth wasting your time. This dealer uses old school car sales tactics that we car buyers hate. Another dealer got my business.
