Anthony was great! This was my first time to visit this Acura. He explained everything very clearly. It was refreshing especially after I got very bad service at Acura of Bellevue.
Acura of Seattle will be my dealership from now on.
Multi point inspection - EaglesOwntheSky
Took my car in for an hour and a half, $230 multi point inspection for a car I was interested in buying. The car had a light on for the ABS sensor, but they refused to run a computer on the vehicle to get a code. They told me I had to pay $140 for a diagnostic. I didn't pay you $230 just to look at the dash. I paid you to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle.
Botched Warranty Paperwork - Terrie
We bought a car along with several warranties at AutoNation Acura Spokane Valley. One of the warranties they issued was not correct for our car. When they notified us, a year and a half later, Josh from the Finance Department, said the person who issued our warranties had left the company and the incorrect warranty paperwork has sat on someone’s desk, untouched since our purchase. The only solution he offered was that we could pay cash, over a thousand dollars, for the proper warranty when the original had been rolled into our loan. He was going to check on other solutions and get back to me. I never heard from him again. I’ve called him back twice and he’s “too busy” to take my call or return my call. I’ve also emailed the manager, Russ Norman and he hasn’t responded either.

I had been very royal to Acura of Bellevue for years but not anymore.
I was seriously disturbed and disappointed by the service Jason at service department gave me today.
He doesn't care about businesses from the customers.
I found Acura of Seattle has much better quality of customer service!
