Just had Karmart Mitsubishi do the recalls on my Outlander, couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Chris the service manager is exceptional at her job, from scheduling, contacting me about parts, greeting me and handling co workers she is excellent at her skills. She communicated very clearly and took care of me like I was family. Can't say enough about the service at this place. Did a great job on the repairs without up selling pressure and even washed the car and vacuumed it out! Will definitely be back again...

They played the "we screwed up the financing paperwork" game when I purchased the truck. After a couple of calls, I mentioned that this felt like predatory lending and suddenly the paperwork was just fine.
They screwed up servicing the truck five times.
Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns.

I had gone to Bruce Titus of Olympia in search of a family vehicle. I met Mike Brown who showed me what they had available. Mike put me in a 2010 Pathfinder which is absolutely perfect for my family. With no hassle and very little work and time on my part Mike was able to put me in my vehicle for a a very reasonable price that fit in my budget. It was a very enjoyable experience and was well worth the trip. Mike also has gone the extra mile to call me a few days after my purchase to check if I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. I will definitely recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to speak with Mike as he has made me an extremely happy person with my purchase and definitely put forth the extra effort to put me in my vehicle. I met with Derrick today at Auburn Valley Kia and he made my life. I don't know how else to say it. He stuck with my budget, knew exactly what I wanted and could afford, and didn't push me or force anything. Today was a miracle because I got my dream car! They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone! They took my 2002 Focus and I came put with a 2012 Nissan Rogue. I couldn't be happier!!!
