I had an excellent service experience yesterday. I was greeted as soon as I came through the door. I came for an oil change, lube, and tire rotation. It was explained to me other service that my Acura needed based on its age and the mileage. I was given an estimated time to complete the service which was within five or ten minutes of the actual time. The estimate was very close. I know I can take my car to a minute lube business and spend less money, but it would cost me more in the long run because other necessary services would not be done. Mike was very curtious and knowledgeable.
