The service writer (Kyla) was responsive in a timely way to all questions I had about the car. I had to take the car back 3 times times to replace a scratched used headlight that was installed and an aftermarket faulty headlight. The 3rd time an OEM was ordered and installed. One time, a part was not installed when the car was to be ready for pickup. When i pointed it out, the part was ordered and installed a week later. Radar calibrations were a significant issue. I took the car back 5 times to get the issue addressed. Finally, the Audi was taken to the dealer and all the needed radar calibrations were addressed. My recommendation is to have a Designated QUALITY CONTROL person with the responsibility to go over the car ensuring all parts are quality and installed correctly, and all trim pieces are clipped in correctly, etc.
