Whenever I have had an issue with My KIa, these folks have been able to pinpoint the problem and get the issue resolved. They keep you informed as to what is happening with your vehicle during the exam and repair process! They explain what needs to be done immediately and what may be able to wait. I appreciate that. Really great dealership to work with. Will buy my next car/Suv here.

Xpress Service Oil change - NHReview
I went in today for Xpress Service oil change at 12:30PM (2 and 1/2 hours before they close). I wait for 20 minutes for service guy Joey Espinoza to chat with other customer. After he was done talking and then he asked me what can he do for me (even though there is another guy already asked me and wrote down the information). I told him that I need oil change. Then he looked at the paper and watch and said that he had 3 oil changes in order right now and there is "only 2 hours" left before the store is closed so he needs to check with mechanics so he went away for a while but did not ask any mechanics and then he stopped by another service rep. ( I didn't get his name but he is tall guy and there are only 2 guys service rep. at that time) and then Joey said to me that we had 3 cars a head of you so we are not able to service oil change for you today. I asked him how long will it take to have oil changes, there is a lot of places they even have oil change in 15 minutes. I realize that this guy does not care about the customers or company benefit and does not hesitate to send customers away. I went to another dealer place and I got oil change in 15 minutes. Sometime dealer is good but they hire bad service representative. I have 2 cars that I often to go to this place but lately they changed service rep. and they are not customer centric. Anyway Pignataro Volkswagen dealer is losing loyal customers to another dealer.

I took my car in because of a check engine light. I just wanted to have them take a look at it even if they couldn't fix it right there, I wanted to make sure driving the car was okay, but they said I had to make an appointment to get it diagnosed. They had no appointments for this week and the last appointment they had available for any day is 13:00, which I found ridiculous because I'm sure very few people have all morning available. Their solution: come back next Saturday. I ended up going to Larson and they took my car right away and found a cable disconnected...
Friendly Advisers - Terrible Workmanship - Marc
Technical advisers were all really friendly and useful. However the quality of the work performed in the shop reserves a warning to other VW owners... Here goes.
I got my car towed to this dealership to get it fixed under warranty after the intake manifold failed. They did install a new intake manifold. I drove it home the same day only to have the car fail again when a hose connection came loose on that same manifold! Got the car towed again; the staff apologized and explained that the mechanic would carefully go over all bolts and hoses connections the second time around. They were genuinely embarrassed.
At the same time they found one wheel was coming loose, which was not their fault. They re-tightened it. In the process the mechanic managed to lose my wheel locks key and claimed he didn't touch it. I am certain about my facts, being one of those paranoid customers that checks that nothing is missing from the car before AND after it goes to service. Again, the advisers given the situation gave the benefit of doubt and after some negotiations replaced the 4 wheel locks and key free of charge. The least they could do after having lost my wheel lock key.
It get better... 2 weeks later I removed the air box to perform preventive brake and clutch fluid replacement at home. This is when i noticed that one of the intake manifold bolts was not engaged in the engine block at all. That's right... after botching the job once, they took it back in the shop (see Act I above) and supposedly went through all manifold attachment and connections and still the mechanic managed to miss that one obvious bolt securing the manifold. Needless to say I tightened it and promised myself that my car will not go to University VW ever again.

Why did I still gave them 2 stars? Michael (tech advisers) was so friendly he actually managed to make this horrible experience somehow almost pleasant. He even picked up his cell phone after hours to help me. Granted I am not of the stressed type and I actually thought the repeated errors from the shop were almost comical. So I guess they deserve 2 stars. I just hope that bad mechanic is an isolated case.
If you get service done at University, cross your fingers. Oh and you might even be in for a good laugh.
Express service - What
They really need to stop advertising xpress service. I was turned away. Arrives when the they opened in a Saturday. I was prepared to wait an hr or so but was told the could only except 1 car for xpress service and I was the 2nd. Really???

Worst service EVER! My insurance company finally authorized me to take my car to Kuni to be fixed where they found $4k worth of damage Hannah Kia service department either missed completely or screwed up. This was authorized because Dick Hannah employees completely stopped returning my phone calls.
Car is AWD, they put a wrong sized tire on it. Tried to get me to buy new front brakes, car doesn't need them. Installed the wrong headlight and forgot to replace the computer part. But the worst part was that they completely missed the broken wheel bearing they let me drive off with; Hannah told me it was "a broken pin" in my front brake. This has been going on since mid of April 2018, and not once have they apologized to me for messing up. After Kuni fixed my car, I was forced to take it back to Hannah to have the front bumper re-installed because the Kuni technician was unable to hang it correctly due to damage caused by Hannah from hanging the bumper so poorly. Hannah "Jimmy rigged" the bumper, so it continues to not be aligned, and, had the audacity to return my clean car to me dirty (inside and out).
Worst customer service experience ever! This was an insurance claim due to the car being stolen and damaged. Avoid Tim in the collision center and Devon at the Kia Service Department as it was just lie after lie in combination with COMPLETE negligence, especially avoid if you're a female! Honestly, I felt as though no one at Hannah took my concerns seriously, and because I refused to give up, I felt like the "nagging wife" calling repeatedly to beg (nag) them to JUST DO THEIR JOB! It was RIDICULOUS!

They originally gave me a lemon upon my lease and didn’t own up to get me a car that actually works. They only offered to give me two free oil changes and for me to keep the lemon. After months of bringing my brand new car in for multiple service they gave me a new car. After dropping my car off for my scheduled oil change at 7 a.m. and walking around for an hour, I came back to my car still waiting to be taken in for service! They could care less about making their customers happy or keeping you as a customer. I will NEVER set foot on this property again. I will drive as far as necessary to another VW dealership for service in the future. Don’t waste your time, they don’t care!

I don't know where to start so the bottom line is, never use their service center. How can you even trust a dealership that doesn't make enough to pave the entry to the service center or the lot they park your car? Not to say that they don't scam every cent out of your pocket

Carter they do some good work even they are only a saab independent work shop now.They still do a fantastic good of working on peoples cars and great customer service but they are on the pricey side.The service quality has been great over the years. In and Out of warranty. Over 8 years, the car has taken its share of knocks and they've seen to it that it comes back spiffy.And, they are still in Civilization. They aren't located out in some Auto-ghetto in Fife or Bellevue. They are right in Ballard, with the people and the restaurants. What more could one ask?
