You're needing to get car fixed, need to drive on a trip, so... you probably go with them being able to find code/problem.
Was also told by Kelle that "it was a hard to get to part."
Again how do you know?
So two-three ours labor and part price (which went up again), got work done. Again, what do you do? Already $140 into diagnostic.
Then, when out of there and in next town at Pep Boys, am told is a very easy to get to part. Right on top. Could do it myself in under ten minutes.
So... I feel sick. Major rip off. Never again.

I purchased my 2019 Volkswagen AllTrack in May of 2020… to date it has spent 6+ weeks in Service (yes… it is met the criteria of lemon law). Volkswagen does not seem to understand there is a worldwide pandemic going… and that King County has yet to make it fully into phase 2 of reopening. There are those Trump based Covid Deniers out there… and this dealership is part of the problem. They seem to find it perfectly acceptable to continually send me out in a car that breaks down on the freeway… on the way to the grocery store… trying to make a living during these trying times. They seem to find it perfectly acceptable to put me and my family in harm’s way to economize corporate profits despite my health, safety, science, and public health.
Imagine yourself… stuck on the freeway… car broken down… your children in the back… for a good hour… dealing with tow truck drivers climbing through your car without a mask… and then loading everyone in an Uber… praying no-one gets sick. Now imagine having to do this day after day… for weeks on end… every time your car has been released from dealership (again… and again… and again) … the constant stress of not knowing you’ll be able to make it to your destination safely.
Now imagine having to deal with the Volkswagen Customer Care team… you’ve seen those video’s of Trump officials telling you to drink Bleach and get back to work… and send your kids to school… denying there’s a global pandemic… this will be your experience… it’s like Trump press conference… and you’re the one trying to get a straight answer. This will be your life.
The 0% interest looks good now… the blow to your pocketbook… personal safety… and health… will last for years! Buyer be aware… they will economize the life of you... you family and your friends in order to not meet their legal obligations.

Went in to see about warranty work on our 2018 VW Alltrack SEL and talked to Jason. After he talked to my wife on the phone he said he would get back us. After one revisit to the dealership and more than 5 calls later he never answered our calls (left voicemails), he never got back to us. Initially he said he would contact us in a week but not once did he contact us at any time. Very disappointed as we are diehard VW fans owning new and classic VWs. We feel that we are being ignored as we waited for over a month to write this review.

No one has contacted us after our initial post and well as when we got a response later from the dealership. Why would a company give a response on here and not follow up? We were reasonable in giving ample time when we posted and VW of Puyallup has not contacted us on both occasions. This post is to inform future consumers on our experience with this dealership.
Outstanding Service - Jetta owner
I just bought a used car from a 3rd party. As it turns out there were problems with the car that needed immediate attention I went to Campbell Volkswagen 1st thing in the morning without an appointment and they were able to fit me in . They fixed the problems, were very thorough and did an outstanding job. They kept me informed of the status along the way and came in under their estimated cost. Sonny and the team at Campbell VW were great!

Carter they do some good work even they are only a saab independent work shop now.They still do a fantastic good of working on peoples cars and great customer service but they are on the pricey side.The service quality has been great over the years. In and Out of warranty. Over 8 years, the car has taken its share of knocks and they've seen to it that it comes back spiffy.And, they are still in Civilization. They aren't located out in some Auto-ghetto in Fife or Bellevue. They are right in Ballard, with the people and the restaurants. What more could one ask?

Worst service EVER! My insurance company finally authorized me to take my car to Kuni to be fixed where they found $4k worth of damage Hannah Kia service department either missed completely or screwed up. This was authorized because Dick Hannah employees completely stopped returning my phone calls.
Car is AWD, they put a wrong sized tire on it. Tried to get me to buy new front brakes, car doesn't need them. Installed the wrong headlight and forgot to replace the computer part. But the worst part was that they completely missed the broken wheel bearing they let me drive off with; Hannah told me it was "a broken pin" in my front brake. This has been going on since mid of April 2018, and not once have they apologized to me for messing up. After Kuni fixed my car, I was forced to take it back to Hannah to have the front bumper re-installed because the Kuni technician was unable to hang it correctly due to damage caused by Hannah from hanging the bumper so poorly. Hannah "Jimmy rigged" the bumper, so it continues to not be aligned, and, had the audacity to return my clean car to me dirty (inside and out).
Worst customer service experience ever! This was an insurance claim due to the car being stolen and damaged. Avoid Tim in the collision center and Devon at the Kia Service Department as it was just lie after lie in combination with COMPLETE negligence, especially avoid if you're a female! Honestly, I felt as though no one at Hannah took my concerns seriously, and because I refused to give up, I felt like the "nagging wife" calling repeatedly to beg (nag) them to JUST DO THEIR JOB! It was RIDICULOUS!

They originally gave me a lemon upon my lease and didn’t own up to get me a car that actually works. They only offered to give me two free oil changes and for me to keep the lemon. After months of bringing my brand new car in for multiple service they gave me a new car. After dropping my car off for my scheduled oil change at 7 a.m. and walking around for an hour, I came back to my car still waiting to be taken in for service! They could care less about making their customers happy or keeping you as a customer. I will NEVER set foot on this property again. I will drive as far as necessary to another VW dealership for service in the future. Don’t waste your time, they don’t care!

I went in today for Xpress Service oil change at 12:30PM (2 and 1/2 hours before they close). I wait for 20 minutes for service guy Joey Espinoza to chat with other customer. After he was done talking and then he asked me what can he do for me (even though there is another guy already asked me and wrote down the information). I told him that I need oil change. Then he looked at the paper and watch and said that he had 3 oil changes in order right now and there is "only 2 hours" left before the store is closed so he needs to check with mechanics so he went away for a while but did not ask any mechanics and then he stopped by another service rep. ( I didn't get his name but he is tall guy and there are only 2 guys service rep. at that time) and then Joey said to me that we had 3 cars a head of you so we are not able to service oil change for you today. I asked him how long will it take to have oil changes, there is a lot of places they even have oil change in 15 minutes. I realize that this guy does not care about the customers or company benefit and does not hesitate to send customers away. I went to another dealer place and I got oil change in 15 minutes. Sometime dealer is good but they hire bad service representative. I have 2 cars that I often to go to this place but lately they changed service rep. and they are not customer centric. Anyway Pignataro Volkswagen dealer is losing loyal customers to another dealer.
