Great Dealer Service - Software Design/Upgrade Needed - pacificm
This review has more to do with the car software system than the dealership. About half way home after the service on my 2020 Volvo S60, a low pressure tire warning light came on. The tire app showed orange circles with all tires. The car was handling fine.
At home I checked the pressure in all tires. They were all fine - 40 psi hot. I called the dealership and was advised to restart the tire app. After that the warning screen went away. The dealership had no idea why this occurred. The tires were not low in pressure. This was right after the car was serviced for a software update. This is just one example of what I see as a need for Volvo to update its software and software design interface.
Johnny Ives was the software designer at Apple who helped create the popularity of Apple devices. Johnny now has his own design company. I would strongly advise Volvo consult with Johnny for future software designs. The Volvo is a great car. But, suffers from a software system that does not meet the same level of excellence.

Do not buy from Volvo Cars of Bellevue! They were so disorganized- it took hours and hours to get pricing. They said our car was just off the truck so we would get it in a day— we had to call repeatedly as we never heard anything from them— they were wrong and the car wasn’t there... got it after much delay and without a “sorry” or any sort of acknowledgement of their error, and again, WE had to do all the initiating and whatnot. Truly horrible customer service.

What a nice buying experience at Sandberg. Jim and Biniamin were very helpful and patient with us as we visited the dealership twice to make sure the XC60 was the correct car for us. The overall transaction was efficient and actually enjoyable. Would highly recommend buying from Sandberg.

Worst car shopping experience in all aspects... - jessijean
Didn't even feel comfortable purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership let alone wanting to pay full price during a sales event. No sales found, no competent sales person, no working used cars and yet I paid 13,000.00 from this dealership for a vehicle that stopped working a month later!
This is what I get for wanting to feel safe because I am a single mom with a child.
I'd rather deal with the IRS ~ or get all my teeth pull at the same time without any pain meds.
