I received a letter in the mail which lead me to this dealership. I was interested in trading one of my vehicles. They were able to get an approval but it didn’t meet my budget. Crystal is the one I spoke to and I can not begin to tell you how helpful and amazing she is! Im working on a few things And have no doubts in what car dealership I will go to when I’m ready to purchase a vehicle! If you ever wonder what dealership to choose because there are so many I highly recommend this one Ang highly recommend speaking with crystal!

Made the mistake of trading vehicles while I was physically unable to fully look over the new truck. Once I was able to crawl around I found damage that should have been pointed out pre- sale. The damage is clearly evident and I feel like I was taken advantage of.
I asked , after the fact, if there was anything they would do help rectify this in any way and I was told no.

Our attempt at buying a vehicle came down to an SUV that had about 38K miles on it. The tires were going to need replaced within the next 5K miles of new ownership and we tried to negotiate for that expense in the deal. I offered to purchase the vehicle for $100 bucks less than the dealership's last offer and they balked. Sales manager said NO deal over a single one hundred dollar bill. Two weeks later I bought a nicer, newer SUV with a better warranty from a different dealership. Speaking of warranties, Moses wanted $2500 for the extended "powertrain only" warranty plan on a 2018 escape. The folks I bought from sold me a 6 year 120K mile bumper to bumper warranty for $1600 bucks! Saddest thing is I spent eight hours at the dealership over two days and i was the only person shopping for a car... and they let me go over a hundred bucks.

I came to this dealership with over 12,000 saved up for a vehicle, but with little established credit due to being younger. The dealership forced me to be the co-buyer on a car that was 20,300.00, and had me put someone else first on the loan. I had money for over half the price of the car, and was employed at the same job fulltime for over 6 years at that time. They also lied on the paperwork to the loan company (which I told them not to) which made us have a horrible time trying to fix it. I was also told the $300 extra on the vehicle was due to my credit history and an additional charge for me to pay. Then my credit was ran to additional banks (I have credit monitoring) after we already had the vehicle, and signed the loan papers due to their lying. All without my permission of course. These people was crooked in every way possible. I WILL NOT do business here again, and my credit is awesome now. You violated Fair Lending Acts and could had been sued. Thanks to your company I studied on loans so much that I now work in that field.

I bought a car at Premier in Granville, WV. I was in an accident and had the car repaired at a local body shop. unfortunately there was an electronic issue after and called Premier to get it repaired, I was told by Premier to return it to the body shop.
A friend Suggest I contact Astro @ Exit 132 Buick GMC, I did and they made an appointment for me within the next couple of days, they realized it could be a safety issue. they evaluated the car, called me at work and advised of the issue and order the part immediately. Within two days, my car was repaired, it is working again and It is safe for me to drive.
