Our Honda had severe electrical problems on our trip back from Florida. The dealer we bought the car from recommended Bill Cole Honda. They said they would have to do a complete electrical test but found that it was merely a loose connection on the battery and they didn't charge us anything even though they spent over an hour of time helping us. In particular, I want to thank James S, who was our service consultant. He explained things well and gave us confidence to drive the rest of the way home and we did get home! I have high confidence in this dealership!

We dealt with Christina Nichols. Great customer service. The staff was extremely friendly. We also purchased our Kia there. This was our first service on our 2022 Kia GT-Line. Waiting area was very comfortable. It had drinks available. Our granddaughter recommended Dutch Miller to us. Great experience from purchase to service.

Jonathon in finance gave us NO SURPRISES with the numbers .payments were even less then was quoted.what more could you ask for! I got my dream car! Drove 2 and half hours and will do it again. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation told them my dash kept saying needing updating although I updated several times they said they fixed it they didn’t, I have had two tires just blow out on me while driving guy told me it was the belt which is off the car is not a year old I called to ask what they were going to do I wanted 4 new tires nothing no one called me back yesterday I was scared to drive it so I just took it and traded for a Subaru the least they can do is pay me for the tires I bought and the aggravation I went through I feel this is a better business bureau problem

They provided excellent service. Check all the fluids. I love that they wash my car and vacuum the front. They also provide popcorn while you wait.
