Bought a used Audi S7 from Audi North Shore. My overall purchase experience was excellent. I was a bit apprehensive at first but my salesperson, Adam, was patient with me and answered all my questions over the period of 5 days. He really went out of his way and I appreciate that. He even put me in contact with the service advisor, Seth, to answer some service questions I had on the vehicle. When it came time to make a decision, Adam was unavailable so I finished things up with Paul who was also very helpful. Overall a great experience at Audi North Shore and I look forward to possibly working with them in the future for my next car purchase. A+++

Gentlemen: Attention Kocourek Management and anyone looking for a new or used car - I have been in management positions all my life. Responsible for hiring/training/promoting/building solid teams anywhere from 8-300+ people. I have bought 5 or more of my cars over the years including my current car from Kocourek. Each one with a different salesperson. - but not anymore - only 1 for me. I bought my new to me Subaru from Sales Consultant - Logan Doiel. I LOVE the Subaru, and in fact, am back to my volunteer work in WAAGR transporting and placing rescues. My mission yesterday was 425 miles with 2 of the 12 rescues we brought up from Texas. No kidding - this Outback gave me the best MPH I've ever had!! We were in Madison looking for a used car for my daughter to take to collage and found several on the Zimbrick European lot. We worked with Marko Baxter and he was great to work with. He was not pushy and was very knowledgeable about all the ones my daughter wanted to look at. He even stayed late for her to do a couple test drives. We had a great experience with Marko and the other at Zimbrick and would go back for our next vehicle.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. First, they won’t accept certified checks for payment. Red flag already. Second, made a deal with “JJ” the manager for a used car the night before. Because they won’t accept certified checks, they require a wire transfer. Side note: they stupidly emailed the wire instructions, which is highly susceptible to interception and fraud (never email wire instructions). Went the next morning to the bank to set up the wire and called to confirm the wire instructions and the final price, and JJ came back reverting to the list price of the car PLUS a made-up fee (which was never mentioned previously) increasing their side of the bargain by $1,450.00 over the night before. When asked if the fee was required by WI state law, JJ admitted it was not but explained that “they charge that fee on every deal” (aka, we rip everyone off equally). TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A MORE REPUTABLE DEALER.

I was looking for a specific vehicle on the audiusa website. That search led me to Titus Brygger, a sales associate with the company. Titus was excellent. He helped navigate a complicated loan application/process that resulted due to my business being the actual purchaser of the vehicle. In addition, it was an out of state entity. Titus went above and beyond during that process and has continued to offer support. I live in Washington state and flew to Appleton to purchase and take delivery of the vehicle, not an anticipated repeat customer. Titus made it all come together. Young and energetic, Titus is committed to customer satisfaction. A small issue lingered after delivery. Titus did not give up or make excuses!
