Service - Sam
The service gentleman, Chinlin, was great. Prompt care, thorough explanation. Work was quick updates installed, car was washed, what more could you want or need.

Over the last year I have spent ~$10,000 on repairs at this dealership only for my problems not to be fixed and the dealer claiming more repairs were needed. On multiple occasions, the check engine light came on while pulling away from the dealership after the car was reported to be fixed by them. Each time, this led to more repairs needed and more cost with zero willingness to be accountable on their end for poor quality of repairs. This is without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I felt completely mislead and taken advantage of. Audi has lost a customer for life due to my experience with Audi North Shore.
NEVER AGAIN - MM
We purchased a certified used 2012 Audi Q5 from Zimbrick a few years ago and the car turned out to be a real lemon. First, right after the warranty expired, the turbocharger needed to be replaced. To be fair to Zimbrick, they agreed to defray some of the cost of the replacement. Then the car started using oil, but we were told that this was normal and that we could get it topped off at Zimbrick. While this is might be ok if we were always in proximity to the dealership, what were we supposed to do if we were out of town--which happened to us. It is certainly not a solution to the problem. On average, we used about a quart every 1,000 miles. I do not think this is "normal." The final straw happened when I asked about rectifying the problem and was told I could get my pistons replaced at a cost of $7,000 to me, which MIGHT solve the problem.. So the bottom line is that the only thing Zimbrick would do to stand behind the car they sold me was to occasionally (and more frequently) give me a little oil. We promptly got rid of the car and vowed to NEVER buy another Audi and NEVER set foot in another Zimbrick dealership of any kind.
Bait and Switch - Carguy2018
From the min I arrived at this dealership I felt a little bit like I wasn't taken seriously. Alot of sales reps just hanging out in the show room looking at my like what is this guy here for . I was very straight forward on what I was there to do and this was the buy a vehicle and what my goals where . It all seemed to go smoothly but I was wrong . I came in looking at one vehcile but decided not to go with it because of age milage and year . I looked at vehciles they had in stock because I did enjoy the experience with the sales person did find another vehicle I liked they knew what I was looking to do and send me #s on the vehcile . This is very the games started over promise and under deliver ran my credit where I told them not to because I wanted to look at my own financing then pulled the good old bait and switch say one think mean another. If your looking to feel uncomfortable and lied to go to this dealership
