I can't say enough good things about Holiday , from the time that we bought our truck to the service that we've had performed so far they are fantastic ! I recently on 2/5/19 had an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation at their Quick Lube , which I really like ! The morning of the appointment the battery on the truck died , I called Holiday to ask if I could be a little late or do I have to change my appointment , the girl that I talked to was so nice , I wish I could remember her name , very professional and really put me at ease , she said that she would inform the service manager of my battery and that if I did indeed need a new one that they could take care of me at the Quick Lube ! When I got there Stuart my service manager , also a very personable and professional person made me feel very at ease ! They put in a new battery and did the oil change and tire rotation and they also washed the truck , and I was on the road again within an hour ! Their employees are the best around ! There's a GMC dealer 16 miles from me , and I choose to drive 60 miles to have my service done ! There's a reason for that ! Their people are the best !

This is the second vehicle that I’ve purchased from this dealership. Both times it was extremely slow process. Both times I attempted to negotiate the price however they only want to try and make a “payment plan” work for you. When I bought my truck a few weeks ago they told me that they could sell me the truck for a dollar amount more than I wanted to spend. I walked away and then called back to see if they could stretch out the payments to be within my budget. However at this time they still wouldn’t tell me the actual price of the truck. So of course they stretched out the loan and were able to get them within my budget. This is where it goes sour. I did the simple math and realized had I paid the original payment I would have saved $4,700 dollars. So in conclusion they increased the total amount of the vehicle to get the exact amount of a monthly payment that I wanted. So when I called them out on it and spoke with Jesse the GM of the store he advised me that that should have never happened and he was sorry however he still would not sell me the truck for the original negotiated price. Then to add insult to injury after taking my “new” truck out of town with my family. I had to come right back to the dealership because my front tires had wires showing and the brakes were worn to almost nothing. So not only did they intentionally try to scam me but then they put my family’s lives at risk because they didn’t do a simple inspection that is required. Needless to say I will not be back and would recommend no one else go there either.

Booked my service appointment for squeaking noise from steering and rear turn signal light bulb replacement. Asked them for the price over the phone and they told me $49 for diagnostic and $25 each for bulb change. Upon reaching there and pulling my car inside I talked with service agent (I think her name was Amanda) about the issue and told her to let me know about the squeaking noise while I was waiting there. After waited for 45-50 minutes I went there personally and she told me that their mechanics didn't found any noise from steering and also they can't replace the bulb because it was after market LED bulbs. I went for a test drive with the guy and let him listen the squeaky noise in their parking area and also mentioned him that I never replaced the bulb. It was all original part. He said that he will recheck it again, So he took the car back in and just visually check from the bottom and pulled out in 15-20 minutes. When I went there to pick up my keys she told me that I have to pay $155... I asked her why? and she replied that as they have to visually check my car two times the diagnostic charge was doubled. They only check my car visually, didn't open any part of my car except oil change only which is $39.95. But I end up paying $155.91 which is not acceptable. And the Service Agent was rude and don't want to fix this issue also. I told her that when I called and booked the appointment they told me $49 for diagnostic. She said she don't know who was that person and she didn't even wants to talk more about it and gave me a receipt to sign. Sorry but you can not over charge me this much amount for just changing the oil and visual inspection

I bought a used truck here and right away it needed what i thought was an alignment( which I had to pay for myself) turned out to be a partially seized steering shaft, they would not help me out claiming I did not purchase the warranty. The bill was $ 597.00, which another deal helped cover part of the cost, I had the truck less than a month and put fewer than 2000 miles on it , and was afraid to drive it not knowing what was wrong with it. Now there is some GOD AWFUL noise coming from the front end when I turn the steering wheel. sounds like axle joint??? I am pretty freaked out right now knowing I am stuck with this truck for the next 6 years unless I want to take a huge hit on another trade in. Soon after I had the truck I noticed lots of tiny chips all over the vehicles windshield, numerous chips in the paint, and what looks like previous hail damage on the roof, The horn doesn't work, the head lights aren't aimed right, The valve covers leak oil, not to mention after checking the oil ( because the engine was ticking) second week I owed it I was shocked to find there was about a half an inch of oil on the stick, I added 3 quarts of oil and THANK GOD it seems to be OK now. I would like to mention that the woman I dealt with said she was going to call me back to see if they could help me out with my alignment after talking to her TWICE and FINALLY did a week later, The whole time the truck sat, and only got driven when absolutely necessary( so much for the fun and joy of a new purchase. I payed $21,000 for the truck total with the loan, The most I have ever spent on a vehicle, this has been BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN EVERY WAY, It has cost me money missed work, constant worrying and the reason I am writing this review at 4 am,,,, SLEEPLESS NIGHTS, and I all ready know there are going to be a lot more of them!!!
They Scratched My Truck - life_long_chevy_owner
Dropped my truck off for an oil change, when we picked it up there was a scratch on to of the fender. my truck only had 16000 miles on it. The sevice manager never intrduced himself or even made eye contact (ie; rude). He reluctanly said they would fix it but I can' trust them to do a good job... would you?

Very weak warrenty. Looks better on tv than what the dealer owners actually stand by.
Inconsistent mechanic inspections and or shady work.
Have not had any positive experience at all after the initial purchase of our vehicle.
Since they dont stand by the warrenty why would i ever want to go back if they couldn't fix the problems the first time.
However there are several other repair shops or car dealers in the town of Hayward that do put the customer first. That my personal opinion.
I Don't forsee this dealer being around with a good reputation for much longer.
Im giving a negative response based on several negative experiences.

I had some major car problems and they were able to get it fixed and for a reasonable amount. Jerry and Rob were able to work around my schedule and get me in right away. Jerry even dropped me off at my office so I didn't have to call for a cab. I only use them now for service and bought my last car from them too.
Took my Honda in for an alignment ... now handles worse - Gail
Truck now has a severe left pull. O'Malley claims it's the new tires, or the tie rods, or the age of the vehicle or this or that. They claim the vehicle was in perfect alignment which is hard to believe since the left pull is a lot worse. Bottom line .... paid a higher price to have a Honda dealer do the alignment. I would have had better results and less expense if I had Fleet Farm do it.
