Benny took care of us from the first moment we saw him. He was respectful and professional, but more importantly kind and honest. The entire dealership was friendly and not once did we get that feeling that often comes when looking at used cars. The finance office was short staffed but Benny continued to check on us to make sure we were comfortable and when it was our turn, after the dealership should have been closed, we were never rushed or made to feel hurried. Everyone was just so incredibly nice! We will definitely be back for our next car!

This was my first experience with Bergstrom Lexus. They were professional and the service was quick. It was a major service milestone, so getting a loaner wasn't an issue. Unlike many dealers, they weren't constantly trying to up-sell me during my visit. Great experience and highly recommend the dealership.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! I called ahead and confirmed the availability. Spoke with Joe and he was both professional and courteous. We drove up from the Chicagoland area and it was well worth the trip. The dealership was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was amazing. They explained the features and benefits of the Lexus IS 350 S. I will eagerly drive another 150+ miles to do business with them again! We had the pleasure of working with Joe Braun and meeting Rick Bergstrom. I t was a pleasure doing business with them and I will be back (and referring family there) for all future vehicle purchases. I must add, I do not do online reviews, but this was definitely worthy of an online review at least! Thank you@
