My experience at Newark Toyota world was very nice. The people there are very nice. Cheryl was very nice very friendly, warm walking and they took good care of my car. I truly appreciate them taking the time in the patients. I forgot the other guy’s name but he was also very nice. Their customer service is very friendly.

Appointment times not honored received the car back with grease spots and they charge around 3 percent for using a credit card when that cost was probably already built into their service bill or parts bill so taking advantage of those who can’t afford cash and I’m guessing most people use credit cards just ethically wrong
