I had an appointment for two recalls related to airbags. The wait was over three hours. After service was completed, They gave me my keys and paperwork, (Thomas was great). However when I went to get in my truck, the steering assembly was ajar, was not drivable. When I tried to call service or Thomas from the parking lot, I was on hold for ten minutes with no answer. I gave up and had to go back inside to get Thomas. The issue was resolved in a few minutes after taking the truck back to the mechanic, but I now have little confidence that my steering wheel won't open again. I also noticed a couple of scratches on the steering wheel as a result of the repairs.
I should also mention Ethan and other staff who were very friendly and opened doors for me when seeing that I was an old guy using a walker. Staff were friendly.
For what it's worth, Acura of Honolulu has a very nice lobby that offers coffee, water, and snacks to customers while you wait. for service..... I did not see anything like this at the Tony Nissan lobby.
