Booked service apt for a failed spring in my center - Carinagipson

Booked service apt for a failed spring in my center console and failure of auto dimming in my rear view mirror. Upon arrival had to wait ~30 minuets after my apt to speak with an associate. After explaining the defective spring (and without being able to show the console defect), I was asked condescendingly if I shut the console with anything too big and reminded multiple times that warranty repairs don’t cover personal damage to the vehicle. I was then was told I have to pre-auth a $250 service fee … if they determined if an animal were to have chewed wires connected to the mirror, or anything else I loose the $250 diagnostic fee. Very disappointing the barriers that are set up to receive simple diagnosis if failed parts are covered by the Basic/B2B warranty. Do not waste your time at this dealer.
