Colin, who was my sales person was extremely easy and - Nitro3006

Colin, who was my sales person was extremely easy and friendly to work with. It was the easiest process I have ever have. I will definitely be using him when my wife’s car comes up next year. We also worked with sales manager Steve who got us the best deal on the exact truck I wanted with all the features I needed by locating it. The entire team was great. James the finance manager got me some insane rates that I thought were not possible. He was amazing to work with. Everyone was amazing will definitely be buying again.

I went today to look at a 2015 Ram with 117k miles. - Tmartin

I went today to look at a 2015 Ram with 117k miles. Before the test drive started the sales kid explained twice what "as is" meant, which I found odd. During the test drive, the engine light came on, So I asked to have the service department put there code reader on it. The salesman went in and came out a few minutes later explaining that their computer only worked on GM products. I kind of got a little ticked at this point and explained that the one they are legally required to have to preform state inspections has to read all makes. Then the story changed to they couldn't risk the liability of telling me what was wrong with it! At this point I started using words like dishonest, crooks, and shady and the sales kid agreed! Bottom line it was obvious the sales department had prior knowledge of major issues, and is trying to dump the truck onto someone else. Needless to say I will never do business with Brattleboro Auto Mall.

Because of the service of this dealership, I have - Max

Because of the service of this dealership, I have continued to return over the last six years.

Horrible - Jetp

Sold me a car.....then sold it to someone else while I was at bank and driving there to sign the papers. Obviously was able to get more money from someone else. Utterly disgusting business practices.

DOC Fee excessive, low ball trade price - Grnmtman

Saw a 2010 Patriot on their lot. Lots of miles, over 100K.Thought it was strange this vehicle was there.Should have been on one of those "Midnight Auto Sales" lots. Looked at the maintenance records and thought I would chance it. They tried to low ball me on my Jeep trade. Offered a little over three K.After insisting more, they went up to 5K. They sold my Jeep for 10K or around there. It was listed for 10. I paid too much for the Patriot.I thought it was listed correctly but found out later, not so. The Dealer DOC Feee is a dollar short of $400.00. My first two car payments went to pay that off. The Patriot is a total junk vehicle. I have driven it just a few thousand miles and it is throwing codes like 4x4 and ABS and skid control, etc, gas cap. Now I am stuck with a junk that I owe 6K on. The 4x4 will not go into position when the codes decide to pop up. Fooled me once, you will never fool me again. Had one repair done under 30 day warranty.Code on dash. They determined it was the gas cap.The vehicle came with a attached gas cap line. They replaced it with a non attached gas cap,the kind you get at Walmart for 6 bucks. That alone sent a red flag to me about this situation.

We had a wonderful experience at Mangino Buick GMC. - John F.

We had a wonderful experience at Mangino Buick GMC. We leased a Buick Enclave and the entire process was smooth and easy. The sales staff were extremely helpful and everyone, including ownership, made sure that all of our questions were answered and that we were taken care of every step of the way. I would highly recommend visiting Mangino Buick GMC for a hassle-free, enjoyable experience.

I bought a Buick Rendezvous from Long. On the whole,... - oppyusa

I bought a Buick Rendezvous from Long. On the whole, the price was fine. The Finance guy was a real ass. I nearly walked out. He was pissed that I got an Warranty Direct extend warranty. The service bay is clean. To the point that I am not sure anyone works there. The service people are not all that sharp. For almost a year there was an issue with the speed sensor. They replaced everything but the speed sensor. Finally, they planned to tear apart the transmisson. I got in a fight with the service manager. They finally check the speed sensor. They wiring harness on the sensor had cracked apart. I just went to them for body work. They sent me to Brigham and Gill. They wanted $1700. They actual repair was done at Muzi for $700. Long is no better or worse then the rest. The service people are not that sharp. I would buy another car from them but service it elsewhere.
