We visited this dealership 2 different times - once while shopping for an xc60 and again several Months later looked in at the xc90. We had communicated a desire for a service loaner xc90 and the sale rep said the car would’ve been returned from use by a customer in a few days - upon trading messages w the sales rep he said he wasn’t sure when the car would be back at Gengras. Ultimately the car was reported available on Saturday for us to come down to look at it - we arrived in the afternoon only to be informed the car was sold Saturday morning and they had another loaner car for us to look at. Ultimately we didn’t like the 2nd car and didn’t buy anything. Afterwards we looked at Google reviews for this dealer and found someone else had reported the same scenario about a car being available and only to be sold that morning when they arrived to look at it.

We recently purchased our second Audi from Fathers & Sons (Audi of West Springfield). Another great buying experience and great price! We returned based on our prior buying experience and exceptional service over the nearly 8 years we owned our prior Q5. Both Vinnie and "Z" were great on the sales side and Steve the Service Manager is excellent. My wife and I have always felt that buying a car is also buying the ongoing relationship with the dealership as long as you own the car and we've never been disappointed. My entire experience during this purchase was pleasant. I have purchased vehicles at Bedard Brothers in the past and have always been treated with professionalism and courtesy. This purchase was handled by a different team in the Volvo building and was an easy and friendly process. Kerry in the service area went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was ready when promised and was always accessible to answer additional questions I had about the vehicle after purchase. Tanner in the finance department was personable, knowledgeable and very respectful of my time during the finance process. The entire team at Bedard Brothers are approachable, friendly and attentive. This was defintely a painless and easy purchase. And I couldn't be happier with the Volvo!

Utterly disgusted at the lack of professionalism and how unprepared the salesman (Omar) and his manager were. Walked in hoping to buy a CPO out right and was constantly asked if I was serious about buying today, and if I wasn’t to keep shopping elsewhere. Their cars are over priced and poorly maintained, most in need of new breaks and rotors. Stay away!! You’re wasting your time if you shop here! no Volvo experience at this “dealership” at all.. STAY AWAY!
