Poor customer service. I called them and made an appointment for my car repair over the phone for June 19, 2026. I arrived on the scheduled date, and my name wasn't in their list. I there and then made another appointment for Monday, June 29, 2026. I arrived and my appointment wasn't in their list again. However, they accepted my car for repairs, after much discussion. The car was repaired and ready for pickup on July 1, 2026. They never contacted me, even though they claimed to have done so. But I didn't receive any communication from them either by a phone call, sms, or email. I went personally to the office on Friday, July 3, 2026, and met nobody and received no communication from anybody on the status of my car. I needed and rented a car from Enterprise between July 3 and 6, 2026. I was the one that called on Monday, July 6, 2026, and I was told my car was ready for pickup. I returned the car to Enterprise and picked up my car from the dealership. I lost my reimbursement from Flex Care because Flex Care insisted on a receipt from the dealers that covers Monday, June 29 to July 6, 2026. The dealers refused even after several calls from me and the Flex Care. They have a very poor customer service.

Service brakes pads at 40k. The new pads replaced weeks later. Back six times for noises. Wound replacing suspension bars, joints, steering on consecutive visits.

i called on phone to talk to salesperson....was put on hold forever called back and told i would get a return call... never happened called the day after looking to set up a time to see a car... put on hold 24 minutes called back and insisted i am trying to buy a car was told they would give my info to the next salesperson no one called next day i call back and i am told yes we have your info we will get back to you four wasted days..... never deal with them again

I came to pick up the car on a Sunday and they gave me the car without a front license plate holder, without the GPS installed, without gas and with the paperwork completed wrong so I couldn't register my car for more than 10 days.. They made no effort to prep the car. The mats were still sealed and in the trunk. I drove the car away and two service warning lights came on, including one that said not to drive the car. Follow up from the salesman was awful.

I went to FIAT of Larchmont to get a quote on a few things to fix on my Fiat 500 that I bought there a few years ago. Then I went to see my local garage for another quote. The result was that Fiat was trying to make me replace whole parts that didn't have to be changed and the bill ended up being 4 times cheaper with my local repair guy. Also Fiat of Larchmont installed a rear view camera for me back when I first bought my car. The mirror was very poorly installed and never stayed steady. It kept moving while I was driving and after many attempts to have it fixed by Fiat, I kind of gave up as I was busy and it was never done properly anyway. Today it finally fell off and I brought it back for a last attempt to have it fixed. Steve Manessis from FIAT was telling me there was nothing he could do because he had no record of my past visits on his computer, that my car was no longer under warranty and the people who installed the mirror were no longer in business. But he advised me that I should go see a glass repair shop myself and have them glue it for me as there was nothing he could do! I am appalled by customer service in that shop, don't go there or you will be scammed!
