Terrible customer service no help after the sale with factory warranty. Truck is a brick with a service state of over a month. After buying two trucks from Davison's I would never go back. Last October I purchased a used 2500 GMC Denali with only 11,000 miles expecting a great truck. Today it died on the road as I was leaving a job site. It only has 18,000 mi and has a full factory warranty remaining. I had a towed to the closest GM dealership wish could not service it until August 29th. I called Davison's asking what could be done and was told they could get me in on the 28th. This would be a month without my truck that I use for business. I was told that I could be put on the cancellation list but most people do not cancel so I would have to wait the month. I expressed my displeasure with this but was given no satisfaction. The person I spoke to in service on the phone was probably one of the worst people that I have ever dealt with in customer service. They offered no solutions, had no answers and had no compassion for my situation. Buying a truck of the size and trim level is certainly an investment and I would expect the dealership to treat me better. It's obvious all they wanted was a sale and not to deal with anything after. Calling back again I was able to speak to someone in sales that offered their apologies but could not help me. So right now I have a brick of a truck that will be out of service for at least a month with no loaner and no answers. Terrible customer service go elsewhere.
