Stay far from this place be lucky if they can do oil change right 75 bucks for that and con u and miss lead u all around went in and told them had wear on both tires in rear did all test because was in accident befor i bought truck from dealer in syracuse that lied about car fax they were right about the accident on car fax but steve went and told my warranty place like i was in accident so funny the tires i have don't have any wear on befor new ones so accident before had nothing to do with wear on new tires so never trust them make sure u bring lube for this place is full of con crap dont ever trust this place ever $528.00 for xxxx work or shady work & lies on top of lies!! want to thank u for teaching me to never do business with ur place ever i will be turning u into better business bureau its one thing to screw u over then do things like this con man steve! Scheduled a time to have the transmission serviced in my 2020 GMC Denali and expected to have the fluid changed and internal filter replaced. Instead, they only changed the fluid and did NOT replace the transmission filter. I spoke to the service manager, who would not provide his full name (Scott) and he said it wasn’t necessary to replace the filter because they flushed the entire system with a detergent. My GMC service manual calls for a fluid and filter change every 45,000 miles. I will never use the service department at Davidson GMC again. I wasted $400.

I even mentioned that I wanted to get it in tax year 2024 in case it is discontinued. Dishonest and shady. I don't know how people could look someone in the eye as they steal your money. Stay away from this dealership.I Havana 2025 Buick Enclave that is a great vehicle and sales person was great, the dealership however is a different story. The status of the vehicle was showing 18 per cent left on the front brakes. Davidson’s wanted $300.00 for new pads but the guy I hired to check them got the pads force less than a third of that. When he pulled the wheels tgr brake pads looked like new, he said the status on the dash needed to be updated but he said the dealer would have to do it. I called Davidsons and they were going to charge me a diognostic fee when it only had 19000 miles on it. I won’t ever buy another vehicle from them.

I brought my car back 4 times for the same thing they said nothing was wrong . They said they changed the brakes .they did not fix them . My tires were bad I bought the car from them three day prior my car was bouncing and pulling to the right . My rear tire blew and that how I knew what my problem was service dept has no clue what they are doing . The man "vinny" don't trust him . They say a warranty is included and when all said is done and papers are signed no warranty . They are scammers I wonder if that's why they had to leave carriage traders in south glens falls

Beware of the sales pitch for warranteed pre-owned and certified vehicles (read every little bit of fine print and ask every question imaginable). Our experience with this warrantee and with the dealership standing by it is weak. After less than a year of owning our vehicle, and $1500 of work done on the car, we are ready to go back to owning a foriegn car.
