I went to the dealership for an oil change and left with a "newused" car. Eric Herzog was the salesman that I dealt with and was a lot of fun. I was a nervous wreck, but he was very cheerful and encouraging through the entire process. Derek Mann held my hand through the finances and got me the best interest rates available. I got the car home and my family was estastic to say the least. Thank you all for a fun filled day of car buying!

The service advisors—Coleen, Sarah, Paul, and Allen—were all friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Don, the EM, was especially impressive. He was outgoing and approachable without being pushy. What stood out most was his transparency—he did all the numbers right in front of me, avoiding the usual back-and-forth that I remembered from past car-buying experiences. Overall, the entire visit was comfortable, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. Great experience here at Faulkner Nissan. From the minute I called, the sales rep, Blanca Sosa, was great. I recommend if you want to buy a car, ask for her, and for finance, ask for Jose Ramos, aka Alex. It was very peaceful there, and their manager was also a great, nice guy; I forgot his name. It felt like everyone there was happy, and no one was talking loud, trying to look good. They were very helpful. I left with the car I wanted at a great price. Worst experience ever - Cyndi

This place is run by clueless bullies.They harassed my 18 year old son, called the cops on him for opening the door and checking out the inside one of their unlocked used vehicles during normal business hours. I believe they picked on him because he looks young and they thought he wasn't a potential buyer. They lost a potential sale, we bought a car elsewhere.
