A great experience from start to finish. Faizan, my sales person, was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Kevin, the manager was courteous and helpful. Offer on used vehicle was over 15% higher than other dealers. Not much wiggle room on new car prices in today's environment, so that part of the deal was easy. There was the standard upsell by the finance person, who was very nice and efficient. Clean, attractive dealership with exceptional staff. I recommend highly.

pleasant... because of distance they brought car to meeting place. Dissapointed in the G80 expected a softer ride, sound system not great, car was dirty so you dont get that wow factor. This one was 0 miles and was advertised for sale. But when we met, they said it just went on loaner list. Ext and Int, was what I was looking for. Price was also high at roughly 60k. The online build priced at 51k. I was also told that if I oedered it might not be delivered till max Sept/oct. My response was that would be pushing to 2024. Might as well wait for 2024 unless some great deal on G80 now. Looking for the blue or black w the dark tan interior.

I had one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I’ve ever encountered with Burns Buick GMC / Genesis of Cherry Hill. From the start, communication was inconsistent, slow, and unprofessional. I was a serious out-of-state buyer ready to move forward on a BMW 8 Series. All I asked for was a basic walkaround video and confirmation of the vehicle’s condition — something any dealership should provide without hesitation. My requests were ignored for days or weeks at a time, passed between different salespeople, and always met with vague promises that someone would follow up. They never did. By the time someone finally responded, the pricing wasn’t competitive based on the CARFAX retail value or market comps, especially considering I was dealing with the added costs of an out-of-state purchase. Despite me making it clear that I was ready to finalize the deal if the vehicle’s condition checked out, they never provided the video or the simple information I requested. After dragging the process out unnecessarily, I eventually got a generic email that “the car is no longer available.” Complete waste of time. If this is how they treat serious, qualified buyers ready to spend real money, I can only imagine how they treat customers after the sale. Completely disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional. I would never consider doing business with this dealership again.

I walked out with a good deal on the car I was very excited about. Great cars, horrible service. First new Genesis G90 service was returned 2.5 quarts shy of oil. I don’t know what is worst; the fact that the technician performing the work did not know the correct amount of oil need or that he did use the dipstick to check oil level after the service. Genesis vehicles are sold with the fact that a loaner car would be available during service. Loaner vehicles are not available at this dealership. In addition, it took over a month to get a scheduled appointment for service. This dealership is ill prepared to support the Genesis brand. Genesis will have to improve their service network before I purchase another new car from them

I am very disappointed w/ Genesis of Towson (G of T). I’ve been searching online for weeks for one of the highest demand vehicles and finally found one available. It was at G of T and when I called they told me it was available. I wanted to come next day but they said they couldn’t g’tee it wouldn’t be sold and they are open until 9pm, implying I needed to get in as fast as possible (I live 90 minutes away). So, my wife and I rescheduled our day so we could go immediately. I informed G of T of this, said I would be there in 2 hours max, and requested they ensure the vehicle would be available to purchase. They said they “had the key”. I was 20 minutes from the dealership when they called to tell me someone just walked in and is looking at the vehicle to possibly purchase and they would have priority over me. I know this is an unprecedented seller’s market but this was your opportunity to help lose the reputation that many people have of dealerships are “shady” actors. Considering dealerships have practically zero risk of moving almost the entirety of their inventory quickly, not to mention this vehicle which is in such high demand, there was absolutely no reason to NOT give me the courtesy of informing that other person that a customer is on the way in and has priority. Adding “market adjustments” (a subtle phrase for price gouging) and not giving that courtesy to me only serves to promote more disdain and “shady” characterizations for car dealerships.

Hanak Ilbak was professional, helpful and patient. Although, this location did not have the car we were looking for, he was able to help us identify which model to purchase and remained available to answer questions that we had. I'd recommend Hanak if you are searching for a car.
