I recently leased a Pathfinder from Loyalty Nissan of Short Pump. More specifically, I chose the car because of my salesperson: LOGAN HODNETT. She built a rapport with me because of her loyalty to me. The process took a week because she was so thorough with satisfying my needs first and foremost. She answered every question I had and she solved all of my needs. Her concern for me was genuine. I felt that my concerns came first, not the dealership’s or her own. For an entire week, she worked tirelessly on my behalf. LOGAN HODNETT put me first. She found the exact car I wanted and she personally traveled to bring the car back to me in Richmond. She proved that her agency was to me. I recommend LOGAN if you are in the market for a car. Her timeless efforts for me were evidenced by her professionalism and the dogged determination to get me the exact car I wanted to lease. I gave them one star because zero was not an option. I've never had such a terrible experience trying to purchase a vehicle. I had made an appointment to test drive a New Nissan Sentra 2 days prior to my arrival. When I got there, after 20 minutes standing outside in 97 degree heat, the salesman informed me that the vehicle was not available. He then convinced me to consider another, which I did, and thought I had made a deal. I made a sizeable down payment and was informed that the vehicle would be available in 2 to 3 days. Five days later they had not sent the purchase documents to my lender with whom I had already secured financing prior to my appointment. I spent an hour trying to contact the dealership. When I finally got response from the sales representative he informed me that I would have to wait another day because the person handling the finalization was not there. Very disappointed! I will be expecting a refund of my deposit. More of my time wasted and I'm certain it will be equally as frustrating.
