I have been shopping around for the better part of 6 months to find my next vehicle. Tess was very helpful getting me setup with an appointment to look at the rav4's. Then Kelvin was my salesman when I got to the lot. He was not pushy, and I felt he helped me make an informed decision. Would absolutely do business with Vann York again. Kelvin has made a customer for life. Financing with Russell was also very easy, he gave me my options and was able to explain them in a concise matter. Most pleasurable buying experience for me, the early 2000's was the last time I was so satisfied with the buying process. Thank you all very much!! I will be recommending you guys if I know anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Eli, Savannah, and Cam were great to work with. After shopping other dealerships I drive an hour and a half from my home, because of their courtesy and professionalism. I worked at the Toyota dealership in Sanford for 29 years and they refused to give me any discount. Eli was very aggressive with the price and got me the vehicle I desired. This was my daughter’s first car purchasing experience. She had a positive experience with working with our salesman Eli Adames. We recommended Eli to our daughter based on our friendship and previous purchases from him. Our daughter worked with Executive General Manager Ricky Williams to get a good deal on the car. Rick was patient and understanding with her as she learned her way through the process. Bobby in Finance was fun and enjoyable to work with. He helped us get a loan rate better than the local credit union. I would recommend this dealership and Eli to others.
