The communication regarding the issue and problems was - Tonymisenheimer

The communication regarding the issue and problems was exceptional. The market charges were fair for the work performed, and the updates provided before the repairs were completed were excellent. We did not expect better service. I would recommend their service department to any family or friend for honest service and repairs.

I received a message from Onstar about an alert regarding - brooke24jgordon

I received a message from Onstar about an alert regarding my brakes. I scheduled a service appointment online through the dealership's website. A few days prior to my appointment I started experiencing a problem with starting my vehicle, I replaced the battery, however the issue continued. On the morning of my appointment I was greeted by John R., Service Advisor and expressed my new concerns. He respectfully listened to me and had the service technicians investigate the issue. Since it was more than one issue, and I decided to wait, I spent a little time with John R and Courtney in the waiting lounge. I observed how they welcomed and treated everyone that came in with respect. They were genuinely warm and made everyone feel like family. I highly recommend Raceway Chevrolet's Service department. Thank you John R and Courtney!

Awesome experience. My sales person Tara went "above and beyond" to make the process smooth and kept me informed. I couldn't be happier with my new Tahoe.

Misrepresented the car. - Polly

Misrepresented the car. They said it was in really good condition, but it was not. Car missing seats, had rust and was in poor condition. When I asked for pictures, they sent me four and they were of poor quality.
