WOW! - Tara

WOW! Awesome service in the Hyundai Service Department - I was in from out of town and got a flat tire- and I mean totally flat no driving on it what so ever- needed a new tire ASAP to be able to drive back home- 7 hours away. Hunter Mila at the Service Dept was such a great help and found a tire for my vehicle and also got my tire warrenty all set as well. Thank you so much!! Very caring and going the extra mile service dept. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here! ** Also a shout out to Chris in the service department who helped me get a ride to where I was staying. Thank you so very much!! Tara!

They listened to my needs and wants very well during the process. I liked working with mostly one person with the purchase.

Aaron was great from the first moment I reached out. - MsR

Aaron was great from the first moment I reached out. He was very responsive, honest and kind. Although he was off on the Saturday when I came in, he made sure someone would be there to work with me on the vehicle that I wanted. His colleague Hai was also amazing. They worked a deal that was unheard of and I unfortunately hesitated. I missed the deal!! The car was gone by Monday because I had to “think about it”. This was definitely a learning experience for me. When someone meets you halfway and basically gives you what you’re asking TAKE IT! If you’re in the market for a vehicle reach out to Aaron, he’s the absolute BEST!!

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 - Gabriel Liranzo

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.

Kept my car in service for 2 months and then blamed it on - mggeoffroy

Kept my car in service for 2 months and then blamed it on their hydrolic lift being broken. They offered me a free car wash for my troubles and refused to discount their services. As I drove it home, the newly hooked up screen starting glitching and I had to turn and give it to them for another week. Service people were rude, manager was no better. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE.
