7-1-20 When our son in Tx learned we were looking for a specific truck he suggested Woody Folsom having purchased 2 trucks there himself. We had searched the Internet for a new 2019 Silverado 2500 Duramax, black on black. When our son contacted Woody Folsom Automotive they found the exact truck we wanted in 24 hours and it was delivered to Tx just a few days later! Absolutely terrible customer service. I called and emailed throughout the week, requesting a few pictures of the interior (I lived 2 1/2 hrs away, but was cash in hand ready if all checked out) because the ones on autotrader were inaccurate according to their claim that the seats were completely black. They put me off for two days, telling me if not tonight, immediately the next morning they would have the pics to me. Never sent them(would have preferred honesty if they just didn't have the time rather than wasting my time waiting for nothing). Eventually just told me to come in, the interior is fine. They proceeded to call me after sending this email and when i called back, treated me extremely rude and said "he wasn't going to argue with me about blue and black seats" "Whats the big "hubub" about the pictures?" As I politely handled the whole converation and said thank you anyway he proceeded to say "ya ya blah blah blah as he hung up the phone. The most unprofessional way I have ever seen business be handled. I would NEVER purchase a car from this company.

Over all I think they are great people but could be a little more friendly. It could be just a personality issue with me and I admit that. They have always done everything they said they will do and the vehicle I bought is fantastic!! Out of a 1-10 scale I would give them a 7+
