Absolutely terrible customer service. I called and emailed throughout the week, requesting a few pictures of the interior (I lived 2 1/2 hrs away, but was cash in hand ready if all checked out) because the ones on autotrader were inaccurate according to their claim that the seats were completely black. They put me off for two days, telling me if not tonight, immediately the next morning they would have the pics to me. Never sent them(would have preferred honesty if they just didn't have the time rather than wasting my time waiting for nothing). Eventually just told me to come in, the interior is fine.
They proceeded to call me after sending this email and when i called back, treated me extremely rude and said "he wasn't going to argue with me about blue and black seats" "Whats the big "hubub" about the pictures?"
As I politely handled the whole converation and said thank you anyway he proceeded to say "ya ya blah blah blah as he hung up the phone.
The most unprofessional way I have ever seen business be handled. I would NEVER purchase a car from this company.
