Last Saturday we picked up a new 2024 Jeep Gladiator Sport S at Bice Motors. From the time we first walked on the lot until we drove off in our new Jeep, it was just a different experience all the way around. No games. No hidden fees. No hoops to jump through. No surprises. I was passing through Prattville from Tennessee, on my way to Florida, when my vehicle experienced engine trouble. I had it towed to Stivers on a Friday evening after they were closed. After speaking with them first thing Saturday morning, they prioritized evaluation early Monday and had everything repaired before noon on Tuesday, a few hours before I’d be passing back through on my way home, after a technician came in early to make sure the repairs were done on time. A breakdown is stressful in itself, and even more so when you’re hundreds of miles from home. I felt in good hands with the Stivers team. Truly grateful for their kindness, understanding, and efficiency to get me back on the road quickly.

All the employees that we met were extremely friendly, they were helpful, and were easy to work with. The dealership had the RAM 1500 that I wanted on their lot and after working with them over the phone, I traveled two hours in hopes of coming to an agreement on the price - I was not disappointed. i went to king because i was refered by a friend who had bought a car from them. i was told by my friend that these people were up front and honest. well, that is exactly what i got! they hepled me pick out a new truck and explained to me that i had quite a bit of negative equity in my trade, which i already knew because i had over 100,000 miles on my old truck. they made several calls and were able to get quite a bit more for my trade. they got me a great rate and my payments were even lower than i expected. i was really inpressed that they did not pressure me to take life ins,extra warranty etc. overall it was a very nice expreience. i highly reccommend them!!
