Love the dealership. The sales process was pleasant. Patrick and Mr. Cooper were great and easy to work with. Looking forward to a long term relationship. I have driven Ford for a number of years but became dissatisfied with their service dept. Not to mention that I was disappointed during the sale process, as well. I believe I will be much happier with Allen Turner Chevrolet. The question below is not giving me the option of marking Chevy / Tahoe, so i am just making an entry so that i can submit it.

Beware! They will make repairs, you clearly stated you did not want done and the service advisor stated on phone did not need to be done. I was charged for these then told by the service advisor, that’s not what he understood. All work done was unsatisfactory. The engine light was back on after leaving dealership. If you’re a woman without auto service knowledge, I would not trust Barkley. I will not return in fear of being taken advantage of again.

This was warranty work on my Impala. The service department was very cordial and helpful. The part was in within days and installed in half the time originally suggested. I purchased the car from this dealership and have been very pleased with every aspect of their sales and service.
