I want to thank Mike Brown in the service department for - april29cj

I want to thank Mike Brown in the service department for the excellent service we received. Mike kept us updated throughout the repair process and made sure we knew what was happening with our truck at every step. His communication, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding. We truly appreciated his efforts and were very pleased with how everything was handled. Thank you, Mike, for a great experience!

Friendly, efficient and professional service. - jasmada66

Friendly, efficient and professional service. So impressed with how the service department works together to get your vehicle in and serviced, even an oil change is treated with the utmost of care. My service advisor was working with another client at the time and Kristen stepped in to back up her coworker and get me checked in for my first vehicle service appointment. A first class group of customer focused professionals. Thank you

Bad experience will financial team. - salcidosam81

Bad experience will financial team. I had signed my deal and by the time i went to financial to get my temp tag and all the paperwork the guy had already added tire rotation and oil changes and some exterior paint coverage that i had not requested nor wanted. That was over $1600 extra that he just added cause he wanted. The next day i call them about and they said they would fix it and send paperwork with cancelation of that and havent heard nothing from them. Shady financial team they got there i will never go back.

Horrible service! PURCHASED a used truck through their online stock, flew from Oregon to Tennessee to pick it up, upon arrival was told truck was sold to someone else and they no longer had it available! We had receipt from salesman, had given credit card to hold deposit and everything! Spoke with owner, JJ Arnold, who didn't seem to care much and was very rude- he promised would send check for reimbursement of our travel expenses but after many attempts to contact him he never followed through- he was flat out lying to our faces to get us out of his building knowing we would be going back to Oregon and wouldn't be able to bother him.... The most horrible customer service experience we ever had-

Bought a truck from them in August of 2011. It was overpriced. Have tried to resolve issues with them and they won't return phone calls. This has been going on for several weeks now. They also promised an incentive and have not delivered on it either. I have gone in person and Daniel Dooley, Sales Manager won't come out of his office to talk to us. Each time I went a new salesman told us they'd work on it. Then when I called back, no one would respond or take my calls. They are thieves. BEWARE!!
