Great experience! We had all of needs and questions answered for us primarily by Miracle the internet manage. She was great. We also was helped by Jamar with the financing. They supplied a bottom line price "out the door" for we brought our own financing. When we arrived to take delivery we were introduced and assisted by our very knowledgeable salesperson Eric. We were in and out in a very short time and on our way home to Germantown, TN 225 miles away. One of the best experiences we have had buying a new car in years. My wife and I found a vehicle online and contacted the dealership, inquiring about the car. Their response was quick and efficient. We drove up to Franklin from Huntsville with the intention of purchasing the vehicle if everything lined up properly. Our initial POC was a gentleman named Boomer and he was great. When we got to the dealership he was with another customer and handed us off to Dani Johnson. Dani turned out to be a super star. She was very easy to work with and made the process fairly seamless. Her customer service is elite and she has a natural calmness about her that made the normally frustrating process almost enjoyable. The gentleman in the finance office was also very easy to work with. He explained things very clearly and succinctly. He answered our questions and eased our concerns. Overall it was a great experience. One that we were not expecting as the car buying process is never fun. Kudos to the team at Darrell Waltrip Subaru in Franklin, TN.

Service staff was very courteous and as I was just curious about exploring my options to see if I wanted to change my car. Sales department was very helpful to answer my questions. The best part is that there was no pressure from them on when and how soon will i be making decision.This left a very good impression on me.
